Medical Mission Trip
Dominican Republic 2014
Purpose: To minister to Dominican churches, missionaries, and
people through service, encouragement, and authentic love. While
ministering to God’s servants in the Dominican Republic, we will have
opportunities to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost as we
help them meet some of their basic needs.
WHO: Anyone who is willing to serve! You do not need to be medical. We are looking for
people who can help with ministry, medical, work projects, etc. All you need is to be available to
serve our Lord.
Date of Trips: June 21-28, 2014
(depart & return from Buffalo airport)
Cost: $1650.00, includes airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, trip insurance, food.
Souvenirs, travel food, etc. will be additional (approx. $150.00).
Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older (or accompanied by parent) and in good health.
Must have valid passport, tetanus and polio shots up-to-date. Must be able to travel on
designated dates and able to travel with luggage under own strength.
How to get started: Fill out and return application to The Chapel office with a $250.00
deposit (non-refundable) by March 1, 2014. Balance to be paid in full by May 22, 2014. (Make all
checks payable to The Chapel)
