Technical Issues
• Our audio is being broadcast through the internet to your computer. You must have
speakers attached to your computer and have the correct software and the volume
on. This is the most cost effective method of delivery. The fidelity of this depends on
everyone’s connections speeds; the presenters, mine and yours.
• If you experience poor audio or loss of audio, try this first:
Click on the STOP button on the AUDIO panel.
Go : COMMUNICATE MENU> AUDIO BROADCAST.
• If you continue to experience a loss of audio or poor audio, try joining the
teleconference: COMMUNICATE MENU/JOIN TELECONFERENCE

Collecting VIVITROL Data Through SAMHIS
VIVITROL is part of the Indigent Drug Program (IDP) which currently has an active OCA on SAMHIS, MHA76
(MOD4 is B8). At this time the only data collected for the IDP program is bulk purchases of drugs using the
non-client specific service module of SAMHIS. Therefore users for the VIVITROL program can use SAMHIS in
two different ways to collect non-client specific bulk purchases of drugs under the IDP program, and client
specific dosing under the IDP program as follows:
For non-client specific bulk drug purchases - Submit EVNT service records under OCA MHA76 using covered
service 28 (Incidental Expenses) with the units equal to the total dollar amount spent. This will track total
expenditures on drugs under the IDP program, but will not allow us to distinguish the bulk purchase of
VIVITROL from other drugs that may also be purchased using the IDP program.
For client specific dosing - Submit SERV service records under OCA MHA76 using the following three covered
services for the contracted items,
For contracted assessments, physicals and labs – covered service 01 (Assessment)
For contracted education – covered service 14 (Outpatient Individual)
For contracted dosing – covered service 13 (Medication Assisted Treatment)
The units for each of these will align with the proper unit to be submitted for each service type, and there is
no other instance of these being used in conjunction with the IDP program for anything other than VIVITROL.
