Host Company Description High end resort on Cape Cod.
Job Description: Housekeepers assist in the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public
spaces. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, folding linens,
removing dirty linens and towels from rooms, removing garbage, and assisting with the laundry. This is a
physical demanding job that requires someone who is motivated and willing to work hard. Please do not
have allergies to cleaning chemicals. Since you will have interaction with the guests, advanced English
is required. The Laundry Attendant will be in charge of cleaning all linens and towels for the guest
rooms. You will have to wash, dry and fold these items in a timely manor. You should be able to work
independently and follow directions form your manager. You may also be asked to perform other tasks
around the resort such as light maintenance work, assisting the kitchen or dining room, and light
landscaping work. Training for all these duties will be provided by Sea Crest.

transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens to assigned guest room *Ability to empty
vacuum bag and wipe vacuum clean *Ability to ensure security of any assigned guest room keys *Ability
to endure abundant physical movements in carrying out job duties *Ability to work outdoor
*Ability to work in other areas of the resort as requested by the employer including dish washing.

Housing costs (estimate): Housing will cost $90 to $100 per week. Additional costs: Most housing will

Area Description: Cape Cod is a very nice area in the summer with white sand beaches and endless
activities. There are also lots of other students working summer jobs on the Cape from all over the world.
Average Temperature: Since Cape Cod is surrounded by water on 3 sides the weather can be very hard
to predict. The ocean acts as a natural air conditioner keeping temperatures at a comfortable level.
Summer temperatures can range from 60 degrees F to 90 degrees F depending on the weather. Altitude:

Cape Cod can get hot during the day, and cool at night. Please come prepared for all weather conditions.
