You are billed for only what we spend on actual postage cost from the USPS. WE DO NOT MARK-UP OR PROFIT FROM POSTAGE. In fact, in many cases we receive
a discounted rate on postage as a larger fulfillment facility and pass these savings onto you. You will receive a full report of each order shipped and it’s
corresponding postage cost. We even take care of any customer service issues after the mailing (wrong address, items damaged in the mail, etc.).
Additional Packaging/Services
Standard packaging (padded envelope/polybag) is included in the $1.65 order charge. Packaging for poster tubes, vinyl mailers, boxes for mugs, drumsticks,
drumheads, cymbals or other larger items are recharged at cost plus $.0.75 to cover the additional handling. Sorting orders that include personalized
messages/products is billed at $30/hour. We can provide an exact quote based on your crowd funding list of backers and products.
