Introduction
We will start with a brief introduction to two aspects of
Quantum Theory that have been largely ignored by
mainstream physics in the West, but which relate to
our investigation of “Subtle Energy”:
1. The Quantum Vacuum and
2. The effect of “consciousness” on physical
experiments.
Quantum Vacuum
• According to Quantum theory, the vacuum, the space between particles of
matter as well as between stars, is not empty. It is filled with vast amounts of
fluctuating energy.
• The Uncertainty Principle implies no particle ever stays completely at rest but
is constantly in motion due to this ground state field of energy constantly
interacting with all subatomic matter.
• It is called the Zero Point Field because fluctuations in the field are still
detectable at temperatures of absolute zero, the lowest possible energy state
• One component of the QV is the ground state of all electromagnetic waves,
the total energy of which is calculated to be essentially infinite. However, on
the average, the number of photons moving in any given direction is equal,
so in most circumstances no net force is detected.
• For practical purposes most physicists treat it as background noise and
subtract it away in quantum calculations - called “renormalization”.
• Thus, even though it is an inescapable consequence of quantum field theory,
most physicists do not treat it, or even consider it, as real.
• However it is very real and there are several well established physical
consequences of the QV (Lamb Shift, Casimir effect, etc) which have been
accepted by mainstream physics.
• More importantly the essentially infinite amount of energy in the QV can be
tapped for practical use, providing “free energy”.
Quantum Vacuum - Free Energy

Generally, energy can be extracted by producing an excited state of the QV.
(Analogy: standing in still air or still water, no net force is experienced; but when air
and water are stimulated to excited states by sun’s heat and moon’s gravity, force is
experienced from wind and waves.)
However, there is a familiar example of how the QV in its normal (unexcited) state
provides ongoing “free energy”, which relates to our discussion of “subtle energy”.
In Russia a number of leading scientists have developed a rigorous science of subtle
energy which they call “torsion” and which, at least on the physical plane, relates
subtle energy to the “spin” of elementary particles.
All elementary particles have spin. Their source, their interactions and the resulting
forces have been mostly neglected in mainstream physics. In torsion theory this spin
motion is sustained by the QV through interaction with spin quanta, called
“phitons”, massless spin ½ particles which carry angular momentum.
The familiar “free energy” example referred to above is provided by magnets.
– A spinning elementary particle that has an electric charge will produce its own
magnetic field, a magnetic dipole aligned with the central axis of its spin.
– A substance which has enough of the magnetic dipoles of its individual
electrons aligned is magnetic.1
– The energy of magnets can continue to be tapped without its electron spins
slowing down. In torsion theory, the energy to keep the electrons spinning is
provided by the QV
Quantum Theory and Consciousness
• According to Quantum theory, it is the “consciousness” of the observer
which “collapses the wavefunction” resulting in one outcome out of a
practically infinite number of possible outcomes of differing probabilities.
The official interpretation of QT does not allow for the observer’s
consciousness to effect which outcome occurs or for consciousness to effect
the quantum vacuum.
• However there is an enormous amount of experimental data that
consciousness does effect both the quantum vacuum and the outcome of
physical events.
• One example: The Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Lab has
demonstrated that Random Event Generators, which produce on average
equal amounts of 1’s and 0’s based on “noise” from the QV, can be
significantly effected by the intention of the operators. After 12 years and
over 100,000 trials, they report “the odds of seeing such a strong effect due
to random chance are less than one in 35 trillion”.1
• Even more dramatic, Swanson explores cases where consciousness appears
to “uncollapse the wavefunction” and chose a different outcome (John of
God, Hawaiian Kahunas, Bartlett’s Matrix Energetics, etc). His Synchronized
Universe Model proposes a theory for how this might occur. 2

Subtle Energy – China (Qi)

After a period during the cultural Revolution (1966-1976) during which it was
suppressed, Qigong has emerged as a popular and effective component of health
care in present day China and has moved from private, secret transmission to
widespread public training.
Chinese-trained Qigong master Hong Liu, who is also a medical doctor trained in
Western Medicine, defines Qi as “ the fundamental Life Force that permeates all
things. Qi connects and animates everything in the universe. When Qi flow is
impaired, we have disease.”
Qi occurs in two polarities, yin and yang, feminine and masculine, although there
are also finer gradations. Correct balance of these energies results in good health.
Within the body are tiny pipelines, called acupuncture meridians, which carry the
Qi energy. When they are blocked, acupuncture is used to remove the blockages
and restore proper energy flow. In traditional acupuncture it is done with
needles. Energy healers do the same thing without needles. They transmit their
own energy to the patient, unblocking the flow of Qi and achieving balance.
The effects of Qi have been demonstrated in numerous laboratory experiments
and hospital tests. Emitted Qigong has been shown to reduce tumors and kill
cancer cells and has shown effectiveness against a wide variety of diseases
including arthritis, cataracts and cardiovascular disease.
Study of Qi in The U.S.
• Even in the U.S., scientific experiments have demonstrated the effects of Qi.
• Example : Penn State University; Dr John Neely 2008(ongoing):
– Jixing Li, a Qigong master, who had never been to Penn State,
demonstrated pinpoint accuracy in delivering his Qigong energy (Qi)
from his California office to Hershey,Pa.
– AR(C) human cancer cells known to be resistant to chemotherapy were
placed in a growth medium in 2 incubators, in 2 separate rooms. Both
showed the normal rapid growth rate expected. At day 20, Li directed Qi
to one incubator, killing the cells, while cells in the control incubator
continued to grow.
– In a follow up experiment, the lower shelf of one incubator was
designated as the control and Li was able to kill the cells on the shelf
above it , only a few inches away, while those on the control shelf
continued to grow.
– It was also found in subsequent tests that the effects of the Qi continued
to be experienced at the target locations up to 190 days after Li ended
his transmission.
Study of Qi in the U.S. (cont.)
• Tests at UC – Irvine and the Menninger Medical Clinic provided
some interesting observations:
– Qi exists in negative forms which must be neutralized prior to healing
or the healing effects will be diminished. (A subsequent innovation by
Dr Yury Kronn has made this “etheric cleansing” instantaneous. )
– Electromagnetic shielding did not diminish the effects, so the
transmission was not electromagnetic
– However, when generating Qi, the electric and magnetic fields
surrounding Qigong Masters were up to 10,000 and 100,000 times
normal, respectively.*
– The higher EM energy around the body came in pulses , most of which
originated at the 2nd chakra, the “dan tien” just below the navel where
Qigong masters are taught to build up and store their “energy” before
they project it.
– Thus, during the healing process, there appears to be some
interconnection between subtle energy and the familiar forces of
electricity and magnetism.
Baron von Reichenbach
•
The first modern Western scientist to investigate
subtle energy was Baron Karl von Reichenbach, a
distinguished German chemist who lived between
1788 and 1869. He had invented a number of
organic compounds, among them paraffin and
creosote and had become a successful
industrialist. He was awarded with the title of
Baron for his accomplishments, and retired to a
life devoted to research. Over the next forty years
he conducted thousands of studies on subtle
energy, which he called “od”.
•
He found that some highly sensitive people could see this energy after spending
some time in complete darkness. Groups of these “sensitives” provided the basis for
much of his research.
While subtle energy is ultimately connected to consciousness, his experiments
established that it also interacts with non-living matter and obeys certain rules.
Some of his important conclusions about subtle energy (od) are included on the
following slides:

Two Main Types of Subtle Energy
• Von Reichenbach found two primary polarities of subtle energy, which he
designated as negative and positive od.
• Negative od emanates from the tip of large quartz crystals and the North
Pole of magnets and appears cool, pleasant and bluish in color.
• Positive od emanates from the blunt end of crystals and the South pole of
magnets and is described as slightly warm, sometimes prickly and
unpleasant, and orange-red in color.
• The effects of od from a magnet and a crystal are indistinguishable.
• Subtle energy (od) is additive. Charges of od of the same polarity can be
added together, yielding an increased amount. When opposite polarities
of od are combined, they tend to cancel.
• Odic charge differs from electrical charge in the following ways:
– like charges of od tend to attract one another and opposites repel
– It decays or dissipates from an object over time, although this may
take from hours to months
– Od flows in virtually any substance (insulators as well as metals)
– The physical force it exerts is much weaker
Visual Appearance of Od
• Od occurs in various forms. His sensitives
described it as a “smoke” which rises from the
tips of magnets and crystals. At the base of
the smoke appears a faint light resembling a
flame.
• The light and illuminated smoke rising from
the two poles do not mix, and are neither
attracted or repelled from each other. They
follow the movements of the air as they rise.
• Od propagates through air like light, being
refracted by lenses and reflected by mirrors.
• Von Reichenbach found the color of the od
from the end of a bar magnet varied in the
horizontal direction, depending on its
orientation with the earth’s magnetic field.
• Thus it appeared the two main types of od
could be further subdivided.
The Velocity of Subtle Energy
• Von Reichenbach measured the speed of subtle energy in a wide range of
materials, including cotton and silk threads, wooden and glass rods, as well
as metals and many other materials. It’s propagation speed was found to be
similar in all these materials, 1-2 meters per second. Much slower than
sound and light and faster than heat.*
• 20th century Russian research indicates that subtle energy propagates as
spin waves. All basic particles of physics which have mass also have spin.
They spin like a top around an axis which is called the direction of spin.
These particles also have magnetic fields and behave like tiny bar magnets.
When one of them flips or changes its spin direction, it exerts a small force
on its neighbors. This in turn can cause other particles to flip their spin and
this can propagate as a wave in the material.
*(In energy healing, with consciousness involved, the effects of subtle energy transfer over
long distances through the “vacuum” was instantaneous.)
Transferring “Odic Charge”
• “Odic charge” can be transferred from one substance to another,
retaining its quality. For example, odic charge can be transferred from a
pole of a magnet, an end of a crystal or from sunlight to a glass of water.
• Water, when exposed to a source of subtle energy, absorbs it and changes
its taste and its structure in accordance with the absorbed energy. Water
of this type is called structured water. In Russian torsion theory this is
related to changes in the magnetic moment or the changing spin structure
of the water molecules.

Odic Charge in Humans
• VR learned that humans, are polarized like a crystal, the right side is “od
negative” and the left side “od positive”.
• Because of this difference, the left and right sides of the body perceive subtle
energy in opposite ways.1
• The acupuncture system, which carries both polarities of subtle energy in the
body is responsible for this polarization between sides.
• He observed that odic energy from the body
could be measured by converting it to
mechanical energy in a pendulum dowsing
device (shown) and measuring the amplitude of
the oscillations.
• He found the amplitude was larger for higher
“sensitives”, lower for bad health, lower if
metal was on the body, zero if the left hand is
placed on the right arm (two polarities
cancelling) and many other interesting results.
Subtle Energy from the Sun and Moon
•
His experiments revealed that moonlight contains “positive od” and had an
unsettling effect on all sensitives. He believed it was the cause of the well
known behavior of lunatic patients of his time during full moon.
• Sunlight contained both polarities but was predominantly “negative od” and its
two polarities could be separated by reflecting sunlight off a stack of glass
plates, particularly at an incidence angle of 35 degrees.
• In one experiment, the sensitives remained indoors in a darkened room, while
one end of a wire was exposed to sunlight outside. After a time which allowed
the subtle energy to propagate down the wire (at ~ 1m/sec), the sensitives
reported that it became cooler and
emitted light from its end, indicating
“negative od”.
• Ordinary light cannot travel down
a solid copper wire, and heat from
the sun should make the other
end warmer not cooler.
• Similarly, he found that fire or
other sources of heat produced
negative od, coolness.
The Ranking of Odic Strength
• Many substances behave as though they are
naturally charged with odic energy. He tested and
ranked over 600 different substances. At the top
of the list for negative od is oxygen which absorbs
the subtle energy in sunlight and carries it into our
bodies and into the soil for use by plants. Oxygen
is highly paramagnetic and it appears there is a
connection between paramagnetism and subtle
energy.
• A most surprising aspect of this ranking is that it
closely conforms to the table of chemical
electronegativity (In covalent bonds between 2
atoms their outer shell electrons are shared. An
atom is electronegative with respect to another if
it tends to hold these shared electrons closer to
itself)
• In the periodic table, elements on the right side
are odically negative (higher electronegativity) and
those on the right side are odically positive. 1 Thus
there appears to be a relationship between subtle
energy and EM energy at the atomic level also.
Torsion
• A number of Russian scientists indicate that they have developed a
rigorous science of subtle energy which they call “torsion”.
• First discovered by Russian astrophysicist Nikolai Kozyrev in the 1950’s, it
has been verified by a series of experiments, as well as comprehensive
theory, and has led to numerous patents and even industrial applications
(while its very existence is still being debated in the West).
• Torsion is produced by the interactions between the spins of elementary
particles, which generate a twisting of space. All elementary particles have
spin.
• The Russian physicist Dr Gennady Shipov has added the effects of particle
spin to Einstein’s General Relativity equations calculating the twisting
effect it has on the fabric of space-time and on any force or particle
passing through it. In most cases these effects are small compared to
electricity and magnetism and require measurement in carefully
controlled lab experiments.
• Numerous experiments supporting torsion theory have shown
revolutionary effects such as signals travelling faster than the speed of
light and the ability to alter mass and time

• Torsion has 2 polarities, left and right handed spin. Left handed torsion is
associated with stimulating growth and life ( “positive od”). Right handed
torsion slows time and is associated with rest (“negative od”)
• The Russian theory of torsion
shows how light and subtle
energy are coupled together.
Photons of light are generated
by charged particles changing
direction. When this occurs the
spin direction of the particle
also changes generating a
torsion wave.
• EM waves are almost always
accompanied by torsion waves.
In some devices, the photons
are removed, leaving a pure
torsion wave (previously
believed by Bearden and others
to be a “scalar” wave).
Torsion – Dark Matter
• In astronomy, since like polarities of torsion attract, there are areas in space
which develop higher concentrations of one type or the other. The 2 polarities
have the opposite effect on mass and gravity. Torsion theory attributes Dark
Matter (anomalously high gravity) to areas with more LH torsion and Dark Energy
(anomalous repulsion) to areas with more RH torsion.
• Kozyrev discovered that higher concentrations of LH torsion increased intuitive
abilities and paranormal phenomena.
• One interesting study combining many
remote viewing and ESP experiments
showed the effects to be 4 times as high
around 13.5 hours sidereal time then
during the rest of the day. This is the
period when the constellation Virgo is
overhead which corresponds to the
unusually high region of “dark matter”
known as the Great Attractor.
• Another interesting consequence of the
model would be that, as our solar system
passes through different regions of
background torsion, it could lead to
changes in the general level of intuitive
ability on the entire planet.
Torsion - Scrying
• In most normal (non-magnetic) materials, the spins of its electrons and
nuclei are distributed randomly with no pattern. Torsion radiation is
unique in that it can apply a pattern to their spins, imposing a new
structure where there was none before.
• Spin information imprinted on the nucleus of atoms can last for years due
both to its higher mass and the screening effects provided by its electron
cloud. This provides a plausible explanation for psychometry or “scrying”,
which involves holding an object in one’s hand and deriving impressions
about its owner.
• As we will see, every human has a unique torsion field which over time
can transfer their pattern to an object which will store it until it is “read”
by someone else.
Isolation of Subtle Energy in the Laboratory
• A remarkable experiment by Russian Researchers (Gariaev and Poponin) in
the 1990s may be the first direct evidence of creating and isolating subtle
energy in the laboratory. It has since been reproduced by the Russian
Academy of Science in cooperation with Stanford University and the Institute
of Heartmath.
• The experiment involved placing a sealed, sterilized container of DNA in a
vacuum chamber and exposing it to laser light. When the DNA container was
removed they discovered the vacuum contained a new type of massless
particle which has all the expected characteristics of subtle energy. It is only
created when DNA is exposed to laser light and therefore it is associated with
life. Yet it persists in the vacuum after the DNA is removed , so it has an
independent, stable existence as an “excited state of the vacuum”.
• When other substances were placed in the vacuum and illuminated, no such
phantom effect occurred afterward. Also if DNA was placed in the vacuum
chamber and not illuminated the phantom effect did not occur.
• The phantom DNA effect persisted for up to one month. This persistence and
localization in the area in which it was produced, and gradual decay is
identical to the behavior of subtle energy (and very different from
electromagnetic effects)
Torsion – Entropy
• Most important to living systems, LH torsion decreases entropy, increasing
order within a system.
• The term entropy is a basic idea in physics meaning randomness or lack of
order. The 2nd law of thermodynamics, that entropy increases in all
natural processes, is generally understood to mean systems should evolve
toward random behavior.
• In Russian torsion theory, when a system’s entropy or randomness is
increased it gives off RH torsion which is absorbed elsewhere in the
universe with a resulting increase in order. This flow is instantaneous.

Shape
Cones and Pyramids
• The spin of most particles undergo precession around a
central axis. This can have a collective effect in nonmagnetic materials of certain shapes where the spins can
influence each other and precess together. For this to work
it is necessary that the angle of the cone or pyramid to
roughly correspond to the precession angle of the spin.
• Pyramids and cones create torsion fields, left handed
beneath the apex and right handed above it. When they sit
on a surface for some time they charge the surface with
energy, imparting some of their spin
• The ratio of base to height or width to height often determines the
strength and polarity of the effect. The ratio of height to base of the
Giza Pyramid is the square root of Phi (the golden ratio).
• In 1996, Russian researchers built a 44 meter tall pyramid, with a
height to base ratio of Phi, for research on subtle energy (picture).
Crystals
• Atoms and molecules in a crystal form a regular geometric pattern called the “unit cell” of
the crystal. Because the crystal lattice is very stable, it is an excellent matrix in which to
store spin info. Consequently crystals are useful for “programming” their spin patterns with
one’s own torsion field, i.e. one’s mind.
• Different crystals have different lattice patterns and will resonate with different subtle
energy fields. As we will see, since the chakras are also made from subtle energy, it is not
surprising that certain crystals seem to resonate best with particular chakras.
Torsion - Psychotronics

Psychotronics is the development of devices which can measure and use subtle
energy. Since subtle energy responds to thought and intention, it opens up vast
new frontiers of science and invention.
Even though the physical force exerted by subtle energy is weaker, its unique
properties offer some advantages over more conventional forces. It can travel
faster than light. It penetrates most barriers. It effects and alters the other forces,
and can even effect the flow of time, speeding it up or slowing it down. It appears
capable of bending light and altering mass and growth rates. And it offers unique
ways to heal, interacting with the body’s subtle energy field.
There are also drawbacks. In the past a powerful psychic or shaman was required
to generate and control this energy. Usually such individuals were selected
carefully so they would use these powers wisely. But psychotronic devices today
give this power to anyone.
There is evidence that the military in several countries are working on applying
this technology to warfare. This may be one reason why there is not more
information available about it.
Swanson devotes a chapter to describing some of the known devices, many of
them attributed to Robert Pavlita of the Czech Republic. (Also includes work in
the U.S. by Dr William Tiller, professor Emeritus at Stanford, creating “conditioned
spaces” in which subtle energy was concentrated using special electronic circuits
called “Intention Imprinted Electronic Devices”).
Wilhelm Reich

William Reich (1897-1957) , an Austrian Psychoanalyst
who studied under Sigmund Freud, did many studies on
subtle energy which he called orgone.
He developed an “orgone accumulator” which collected
orgone from the surroundings (primarily from the air).
The accumulators ranged in size from small boxes up to
the size of a room which he used as a laboratory. They
consisted of a layer of metal on the inside and a layer of
organic material on the outside
The subtle energy he collected demonstrated the same
properties as the positive od of von Reichenbach (Left
Handed Torsion). The fact that like polarities of subtle
energy attract aided the build up of orgone.
As the orgone energy continued to accumulate, it often
triggered a process to relieve the build up. In the orgone
chamber this mechanism was usually an electrical spark.
In the atmosphere Reich believed it was rain.
Orgone had been found to increase the surface tension
of water. This slows evaporation, so that an increase in
orgone can attract and hold more moisture in the air
promoting cloud build-up. Reich developed a “cloud
buster” to pull orgone from the atmosphere to dissipate
clouds. Its performance was promising but inconclusive.
Kirlian Photography
• Reich’s correlation between high orgone build up and electrical sparks appears to
be the mechanism for Kirlian photography, which some scientists believe to be a
way to make subtle energy visible.
• In its simplest form a short pulse of high frequency electromagnetic voltage is
applied between the subject, like a finger, and a metal plate. The resulting
pattern of sparks generates a colored image on a photographic plate showing
the Kirlian version of the energy patterns around it.
• For human subjects, these sparks occur preferentially at the location of
acupuncture points which are regions of the skin with higher conductivity. The
conductivity of the acupoints vary based on the emotional and physical state of
the subject. Thus a Kirlian image can provide detailed information about the
state of the acupuncture system which can be used for diagnosis.
• Extensive studies of the Kirlian images of foods were performed by Dr Harry
Oldfield. His results showed that organic foods had auras (energy fields) which
were much larger and more vibrant. Oldfield found that processing, cooking,
freezing and the use of pesticides all diminished the Kirlian auras of foods.
• “Phantom Leaf” - It was found that the Kirlian energy pattern for a freshly cut,
organically grown leaf remains whole even after part of the leaf is cut away. This
supports the biofield theories that every living creature is surrounded by an
energy field which carries a pattern or template for the physical object.
Gas Discharge Visualization, GDV
• Dr Konstantin Korotkov has developed a device which takes the Kirlian image
from the fingertips and converts them into a virtual image of the aura of the
entire body. The system is called Gas Discharge Visualization or GDV. There are
many acupoints on the fingertips, and these are connected via the acupuncture
meridians with all the organs of the body.
• In a Kirlian image of a fingertip, the resulting sparks create rings on the
photographic plate. The strength of the Kirlian aura at each position around the
ring corresponds to different acupoints, and therefore corresponds to the health
of different organs. Korotov has developed a detailed mapping between the
corona at each position around each fingertip and the corresponding organ of
the body.
• Extensive studies have been carried out to check this mapping of fingertip aura
patterns with independent medical analysis over a large population sample.
Following clinical trials and the recommendation of the Russian Academy of
Science, the GDV technique and equipment have been approved for widespread
diagnostic medical use in Russia, Germany and several other countries.

Biophotons- 1
• Atoms and molecules absorb and emit electromagnetic energy (photons) of very
specific frequencies corresponding to the energy difference between their
allowed (quantum) energy states . In living processes the photons emitted and
received by the DNA are called biophotons. They serve to stimulate biochemical
reactions and to communicate and coordinate activity within the body.
• The energy they produce is “coherent”. Light from one cell travels to many other
cells and stimulates interactions with molecules which can resonate at those
particular frequencies. So the waves of one biophoton become coupled to DNA
in other cells. As a result the waves tend to vibrate in step with one another just
like light in a laser. When waves vibrate in step with one another, they add
together to create an interference pattern, a hologram. It is a 3-dimensional
pattern of energy which serves as the template of the body.
• Living systems are unusual in that they use a great many waves of different
wavelengths in creating the holographic pattern. This is necessary because there
are very tiny structures in the body, like the nuclei of cells, as well as large
objects such as organs. However to make them add into a hologram, they must
be coherent and this means that the phases, or the locations of the crests of
groups of these waves, still line up.
• The coherence length, the distance over which the biophotons interact together
and keep roughly the same phase, is about 10 cm, the width of 10,000 cells.
Coherence on larger scales is believed to be maintained by 2 mechanisms:
torsion and the acupuncture system. The acupuncture meridians are capable of
amplifying and retransmitting biophotons over the length of the body while
maintaining phase coherence.
Acupuncture
• Oriental medicine teaches that the acupuncture system controls and
distributes Qi, the life force, and is consequently the bridge between energy
healing and the physical organs
• In the 1960s, the Korean scientist Kim Bong Han mapped the acupuncture
meridian system by inserting radioactive phosphorous into the acupoints
and established it as a complete “circulatory system “independent of the
other 3 (blood, lymph and nerves)
• The recent development of a new staining technique by Korean scientists
has enabled the very small ducts of this system, 0.1mm diameter, to be
successfully photographed. Some are found attached to the membranes of
organs and others inside blood vessels.
• The crystalline liquid in these ducts contain high concentrations of
DNA/RNA, and coherent biophotons in the millimeter wavelength band and
higher.
• The DNA granules absorb and re-emit biophotons which travel along the
channel, enabling the signals to travel great distances throughout the body
without losing strength or phase coherence.
• These ducts also contain undifferentiated cells (adult stem cells) which flow
to regions of growth and injury where they specialize into the needed type
of cell and provide the building blocks for tissue growth and repair.
Acupuncture (cont)
• It is relatively easy for anyone to verify the existence and location of
acupoints using a simple volt-ohm meter from RadioShack. The electrical
resistance is about 10 times lower at these points than their surroundings.
Using advanced techniques about 2,000 have been identified.
• Acupuncture meridians connect the acupoints to one another and to
organs throughout the body. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, it
is blockages within this system, when energy is not able to flow properly
to various organs, which lead to health problems.
• In Traditional Chinese Medicine there are 12 primary meridians (now 14),
each connected to specific organs, which either start or end in the fingers
or the toes. They are defined in yin-yang pairs, based on whether they
carry energy upward or downward
• While traditional acupuncturists use needles to remove blockages, recent
studies of other methods suggests the following order of effectiveness: 1.
Energy healing 2. laser beam 3. electrical current 4. needles 5.massage 6.
chemical stimulation.
• In energy healing, Qigong, the Laogong acupoint in the palm of the hand is
frequently used for sending energy and the Baihui at the crown of the
head is often used in receiving energy or for distant transmission.
Acupuncture (cont)
• Blockages can also effect signal strength of the electromagnetic waves
(biophotons), so that the DNA does not receive the information it needs
to effect growth and repairs. Prof Sit’ko , a Merit Scientist of the Ukraine,
found that there are wave frequencies between 40 and 70 gigahertz,
specific to the individual, which when blocked can be re-established by
applying minute levels of microwaves of the same frequency to the
associated acupoint (a technique known as Microwave Resonance Therapy
or MRT in the West)
• A new technology called “functional MRI” makes it possible to “see” into
the brain and watch how it responds to acupuncture. Results show that
stimulation of the acupoints produces a very specific effect on the precise
portion of the brain predicated by oriental acupuncture.
• This research provides dramatic proof that acupuncture is real and has the
precise effects it claims. The prestigious publications Science and Nature
both refused to publish an article on the results even after 5 Nobel Prize
winning neuroscientists gave it rave reviews. (In exasperation, 3 of those
Nobel Prize winners who were members of the National Academy of
Science, arranged for its publication in the Academy’s prestigious
Proceedings.)
• Functional MRI has also been used to confirm the ability of energy healers
to stimulate specific acupoints over great distances.
Biophotons - 2
•
Numerous studies have demonstrated that biophotons can be photographed outside
the body. However their number is infinitely small compared to the density of
biophotons inside the body. Studies are finding that when biophotons are found
outside the body it is often indicative of illness or injury. A healthy organism must
maintain large stores of trapped coherent biophoton energy within the body.
Consequently there must be a very efficient reflection or containment mechanism to
keep biophotons inside the body.
• The problem is that if such a containment system merely reflects biophotons like a
mirrored box to keep them inside the body, then they would bounce off the tissue at
different angles, and would soon lose their coherent phase information and no
holographic template could be sustained.
• Instead it is believed that the reflection of
biophotons inside the body is carried out in a
phase conjugate manner, by the DNA and
chromosomal material in skin tissue, which
has the right frequency and phase response.
• Phase conjugate reflection has the effect of
producing a time-reversed photon which will
go back in exactly the direction it came.
Waves of this type will stay in phase with the
incoming waves, and create a system of
standing waves.
• This is exactly the right form of waves to create and maintain the body’s hologram.
And it does it without the body losing energy or biophotons.
External Biofield – The Aura
• Inside the body this guiding hologram consists
primarily of electromagnetic signals. But outside
the body another form of energy plays an
important role. This is the torsion field and it
makes up the “aura”.1
• According to Russian research, torsion waves are
created every time a biophoton is created. While
the biophotons are reflected and contained
inside the body, the torsion waves will escape,
carrying with them the same information as the
biophotons. But they do not carry energy and do
not deplete the body.
• Because the biophoton field is coherent in the
body, so is the torsion field it produces. This
means that its components have stable phase
relationships, and can generate a hologram, an
interference pattern which surrounds the body.
This interference pattern extends beyond the
body and is the mechanism which energy healers
use to make a connection with their clients.
• The aura is an extension of the human biofield. It
connects physiological processes, including
aspects of emotions, thoughts and higher
dimensional conscious processes.

The Aura - Clairvoyant info
• According to Traditional Energy Healing, illness begins in the energy body and
shows up in the physical body later. Irregularities in the body’s energy field
provide diagnostic info. Healing consists in correcting the pattern in the
energy field and healing of the physical body follows.
• At the lowest , physical, level, clairvoyants say the aura serves the purpose of
maintaining the physical body. But the aura is more complex and in a typical
description consists of several layers. The energies of emotion, thought and
belief are distinct forms of subtle energy and make up distinctive layers of
the aura.
• Whenever we access an emotion or think a thought, our consciousness
accesses the appropriate level of the aura. Healers who can see auric energy
report that colors in the astral aura reflect the changing emotional states. In
the same way clairvoyants who can see the mental aura report images in that
aura of the objects being thought about (form of ESP).
• We exist in all the planes simultaneously, but lack awareness of them because
our consciousness is not synchronized with them. When we enter a higher
domain in full consciousness, it means our consciousness is synchronized with
the vibrations of that plane.
• There is a corresponding geometry for each higher plane. The self orbits for
prana, which plays the role of matter in those planes, are higher dimensional
and more complex. This is the origin of the role of yantras, sacred shapes, in
meditation. They reflect the shapes of these higher dimensional orbits, which
are an essential component of higher geometric vibrations.

Astral

It makes sensation possible and serves as a bridge between the higher mind
and physical matter.

appears to clairvoyants as a constantly changing cloud of diffuse colored
lights. It varies moment to moment responding to changes in emotional
state and shifts in awareness.
• For most of us during sleep our consciousness goes to the astral plane, but
we have difficulty remembering the experience.

Mental
• Contains concrete thoughts and specific information, facts, and is the level in
which memory and imagination reside.
• The Mental level is where the “Akashic Record” is found. It is a record of all
events which have happened, and can be accessed with full accuracy. At lower
levels, such as the Astral, information is clouded by emotion. Errors occur in
accessing it. On the Mental plane the information is complete and accurate. At
this level, when many clairvoyants view the same records their answers agree.
Causal
• contains principles and abstract thoughts. So named because it is concerned
with causes which are manifested in specific facts and events in the lower
planes. Memories of past lives , for example, are stored here, and these
become the causes of actions and feelings in the next life. The causal plane
contains all the aspects of our experience which endure from life to life

• The sense of separateness and limitation falls away. We approach a unity of
connection, feeling and brotherhood with all others.
There are aspects of these planes which automatically exclude thoughts and
intentions of lower vibration, such as greed, materialism, envy and aggression.
Therefor the scientific understanding of the higher planes must go hand in hand
with our development of pure motives and higher consciousness.
Chakras (Clairvoyant info)

enable the layers to exchange energy and

Using a clairvoyant healer, Rosalyn
Bruyere, to report the chakra activity, a
comparison was made between the
behavior of the subtle energy field and
electrical measurements of the chakras
during energy healing sessions. Using
headphones and electrical contacts at
chakra locations, Dr Hunt found the
chakras of her subjects were stimulated
by specific sound frequencies (notes).
• Working in reverse, when Rev Bruyere used her energy healing abilities to open up a
chakra, it produced an electrical signal of the same frequency. The correspondence
between chakra color and frequency became so reliable that it was possible to monitor
the changes in the health of the subject using the electrical measurements alone.
2. They also ran experiments for NASA on the effects on astronauts of being away from earth’s
magnetic and electric fields. The electromagnetic currents and subtle energies of subjects
were measured in a EM shielded room (The Mu-Room at UCLA).
• When the normal EM fields were absent the subject’s auric field became random and
disorganized. The normal voltages produced by each chakra became week and random,
with physical and emotional effects on the patient’s health
• When ambient fields were raised slightly above normal levels, the subjects reported
clearer thinking and even an expansion of consciousness.
• These findings are consistent with the notion that the chakras act as transducers,
absorbing energy from the environment and converting it to forms needed by the body.
Experiments of Dr Valerie Hunt
• In one of their experiments, a subject had a kundalini experience while wired to
the electrodes. They saw the signals for all the electrodes change to the color
white, which represented all colors. Each chakra was so closely coupled to the
others that they all carried the full spectrum of vibrations.
• Even more interesting, while they
were looking at AC voltage for
vibrations in the individual chakras,
there was actually a shift in the DC
voltage at the moment when the
kundalini rose, meaning the overall
voltage of the subject changed by a
constant amount.
• In Swanson’s Synchronized Universe
Model, this corresponds to a slight
shift out of this dimension.
Biophotons – Chemical Reactions
• Since the biophoton also carries energy, it can act as a catalyst, sparking a
particular chemical reaction to occur when needed and by using a resonant
frequency can “tractor beam” molecules into place.
• Often molecules have to overcome an energy barrier before they can combine
chemically. In conventional chemistry this might be supplied by heat or a
catalyst. The biophotons serve as a very selective catalyst, giving just the right
energy to the right molecule, using its resonant frequency, to promote the
needed chemical reaction.
• The body holds between 10 million and 100 billion biophotons, any one of which
can trigger a billion reactions per second. Without a way like this to excite
molecules, the cell’s chemical reactions would require temperatures so high as
to kill the cells.
Biophotons – Distribution profile
• Unlike in non-living systems, the biophotons in the
human body are present in almost equal numbers
over a wide range of frequencies .
• There are 1040 (?) more biophotons in the high energy
region than would be expected if the human body
were a non-living system in thermal equilibrium. Not
only do these high energy photons make it possible
for chemical reactions to take place faster, it also
provides the mechanism for producing the coherent
waves necessary for the biofield.
• When more particles are at the high energy state,
and a photon comes in, it knocks the particle down to
a lower energy state releasing a photon. The photon
emitted has the same frequency and phase as the
one coming in, so the 2 photons going out are
coherent.
• One of the principles that makes this possible (for
lasers as well) is a quantum system called “Bose
Condensation”. When many photons of the same
frequency and phase are present, they tend to “pull”
other photons into the same state

in this process, RH Torsion or “negentropy”. Not only does this open up a supposedly closed
system, but it also allows for another system to absorb the negentropy and increase its order.

Richard Berry, a current day Remote Viewer and healer, describes 2 types of particles. One
type is white and moves quickly, forming the streaks in the picture. They often move in a
corkscrew pattern (at about 1 meter/sec) and fade in and out of our reality every 2-3
seconds. The second type appear dark, slow moving, and give the impression of being more
massive. He believes they are associated with what our science today calls “dark matter “
Remote Healing using Torsion

Virtually all of the important health info contained
in the biophoton field is also in the torsion field and
can be read by “healers”.
When we wish to heal someone at a distance, our
local biophoton field adjusts to create a torsion
field which has the right properties to project over
distance and couple with a target. Since torsion
fields do not contain energy they are not limited by
distance
When the torsion waves arrive at the patient, they
interact with his biophoton and torsion fields,
transferring the phase and pattern info directly to
it. Because the torsion fields are non-linear (YangMills) the incoming field will couple with the
patient’s field modifying the patient’s pattern of
torsion and biophoton waves.
*Several scientists have proposed theories for long distance healing based on “entangled photon models”
assuming conventional quantum theory with very little modification can explain paranormal phenomena.
While there are many reasons why this is not a fruitful direction (initial need for co-location, consciousness
collapsing entanglement, etc.), the biggest problem with the biophoton theories of healing is the amount of
energy required at long range.
Biophotons are light and carry energy. In order to generate enough of them to travel to a target 6,000 miles
away, and have enough energy left to affect a patient, would take about 100,000 billion times more energy
than local healing. Experiments with remote healers indicate that they expend about the same amount of
energy for nearby as for distant targets.
Dowsing
• Dowsing is often used to find subsurface water, but can be used to search for
other things or even to answer broad-ranging “yes-no” questions. A
characteristic change in the movement of a pendulum or forked stick in the
dowser’s hand indicate that he has located his target.
• Dowsing for water: The German government sponsored a research program to
analyze the accuracy of dowsing. In Sri Lanka, where 691 wells were drilled, an
overall success rate of 96% was obtained using dowsing compared to 30-50%
using conventional “scientific” water location techniques. More amazing, the
dowsers often correctly predicted the depth of the water and the flow rate
information which is not available from conventional scientific means.
• Dowsing for Oil: One of the best dowsers, Paul Clement Brown, an MIT
engineering graduate, had a 100% success rate finding 35 productive oil wells
compared to the typical oil industry success rate of 4%.
• Some water and oil dowsers never go near the site. They sit with a map
thousands of miles away, using a pendulum to find where to drill.
• There are 2 primary mechanisms for dowsing. The least common, is based on
the direct sensation of subtle energy, as from an underground stream.
• The more general mechanism is psychic and depends on non-local
consciousness. Experiments with dowsers indicate that there are subtle
movements in the muscles of the arm and hand which cause the stick or
pendulum to move. It is actually the human body, which does the detecting. The
dowser is always asking a yes-no question. When the answer comes back yes it
causes a change in his subconscious (parasympathetic) nervous system. This in
turn causes a change in muscle tone and tightness, which is amplified by the
dowsing instrument, helping the dowser access his own psychic ability.
Ley Lines

Dowsers often encounter a feature in the earth which extends for many miles in a
straight line. They are found all over the world. When one examines the location of
ancient sacred sites, churches and stone monuments, they often lie along these same
straight lines, called ley lines. Some are thousands of years old.
In Australia, Aborigines call these straight tracks “song lines” which they say carry the
“life force” energy which makes the plants and animals grow. They believe the sacred
stones which mark the points of intersection of these lines regulate their energy.
Songs and prayers are believed to empower the stones.
The Chinese say that chi, or subtle energy, flows in these “dragon lines”. In ancient
China, by law, temples must be built on them. (Although ley lines may run straight for
miles, as dowsers walk along them their rods take them slightly side to side in an
undulating wavelike pattern not unlike the motion of a snake or dragon.)
Alignment of the leys with key astronomical events indicate the lines do not occur by
accident. In tying down ley lines along astronomically important directions, it became
possible to channel the subtle energy thru certain important stone circles at certain
times of the year. By aligning the ley with important rising and setting directions of
celestial objects, the unique subtle energy radiated by them would be absorbed most
strongly into the ley on certain days when the alignment occurred. Consequently it
was possible to “power up” certain stone structures on specific days
The longest ley line in England, the St Michael line, is aligned exactly with the rising
and setting direction of the Sun on one of the most important days of the year in the
ancient world, Beltane (May Day). This was the day when the Sun God Bel returned
bringing “life Force” to fertilize the land.
Ley Lines - 2
• Ley lines are often built along natural faults in the earth’s crust. Sometimes they
are modified by ditches, dikes, and the diversion of underground streams.
Although straight on the average, they meander in many places. Segments
appear to be connected together giving the impression that they are a
combination of natural features modified by engineering when necessary.
• As von Reichenbach found, subtle energy conducts thru any material, even the
earth. It showers down on the land from the sun and the moon, and is also
transferred from the air to the earth. When the flow of subtle energy in the
ground encounters a discontinuity, such as a man made ditch, aquifer or fault, it
is deflected to flow along the discontinuity. Aquifers play a double role,
generating prana by their flow (Schauberger experiments), and also conducting
earth currents since they can cause such a discontinuity.
• The placement of standing stones and stone circles appear to stabilize the flow
of energy thru the ley line. Since subtle energy of the same polarity attracts,
charging of the standing stones with subtle energy will help them to attract and
stabilize the ley energy that feeds into them.
• The two main polarities of subtle energy tend to flow along different ley lines.
Paramagnetic stones preferentially attract and store the yang, masculine, chi
and diamagnetic materials (limestone, wood) attract and store the yin chi.
• Archaeological evidence suggest that the ley lines in England were built during
the construction of the megalithic monuments such as Stonehenge and Avebury
(2000-3000BC). Because similar megaliths and ley lines are found in so many
places around the world, they appear to represent an integrated ancient
worldwide technology which is lost to history.
Sacred Sites

The simplest sacred site is a standing stone, often placed over the crossing point of
two ley lines. It is usually associated with subsurface veins of water or fissures which
cross at different depths. The stone tends to stabilize the currents of energy from the
interacting streams, helping pin down the ley and assist the subtle energy to travel
vertically to the surface where it can energize the stone.
Stone circles represent more important sacred sites. Dowsers who have examined
them often find a complex pattern of ley lines, sometimes highly knotted. Ley lines
which exit the stone circles are often aligned with important astronomical directions.
The stones used in such monuments are often paramagnetic, charged by the subtle
energy from the ley lines. Stone choice also involved subtle energy characteristics
arising from the source of the stone and its original alignment.1
Most important sacred sites in England are situated at crossing points of ley lines of 2
different polarities of energy, a masculine or yang energy and a feminine or yin energy.
At the crossing point is created a powerful subtle energy vortex (as sensed by
dowsers). It appears the ancient architects were well aware of these basic principles
since they often reappear in sacred sites.
The effect of this twisting of the subtle energy flow creates a sacred space with distinct
qualities. The feminine energy imparts a calm, healing, introspective feeling, helpful in
meditation. In churches it often is placed where the congregation will sit. The
masculine, yang chi conveys power and action and tends to be located where the
priest will stand.
The appearance of the same formation in megalithic stone circles built 4000 years ago
indicates that this technology was not invented by the early Christian church builders,
but merely taken over and adapted from the principles used in earlier megalithic sites.
It explains why churches were so often built on the same spots as earlier sacred sites.
Tiller and Swanson Conclude
• William Tiller, Professor Emeritus at Stanford, proposes that the
presence of subtle energy “raises the gauge”, meaning: All the
equations of conventional physics hold true in their current form
when no subtle energy is present. But as the concentration of subtle
energy increases, it modifies the equations in a particular way. Other
terms appear. Degrees of freedom that were absent before begin to
appear. One effect is that it makes our normal 3-D plus time universe
into a higher dimensional space. The new dimensions allow strange
things to happen which we normally don’t see.
• In his Synchronized Universe Model, Claude Swanson proposes that what we call reality is
really a synchronized system of particles. When the motions of these particles at the very small
scales are synchronized and move in step with one another, they “see” each other and
exchange forces. We say these particles are “real” and make up our matter and physical reality.
• In this theory, there can be other systems with a different frequency and a
different phase synchronization which can exist in the same place and
time, but we will not see them. They will be “out-of-phase” with “our
universe”. One effect of subtle energy is that it causes a blurring or a bleed
over between these parallel realities, a phase fluctuation. At ley lines and
sacred sites, subtle energy can build up to high levels resulting in frequent
occurrences of interdimensional phenomena, when parallel realities begin
to bleed thru and become visible to us.
