The managing Broker, James Durham began
his real estate career in California in 1979 as the
owner/broker of Durham Realty & Construction. In
2004, Jim and his family moved to Lake Havasu
City, Arizona and took over the management of
Coldwell Banker McCulloch Judd Realty. Not long after, NRT purchased
the Lake Havasu operations with other offices throughout Arizona and
now proudly operates under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage.
ABOUT THE OFFICE
The Lake Havasu City Office is located in the heart of town – just
minutes to World famous London Bridge, the English Village & channel.
Coldwell Banker has been serving the Lake Havasu area since August
of 1990 representing tens of thousands of transactions for buyers and
sellers. In the Lake Havasu City Marketplace – this Coldwell Banker office
has both a higher average sale price and higher agent productivity
than most other competitors. Our focus is customer/client service and
supporting our outstanding sales associates.
