Our 17,000 square foot Bremerton waterfront event space is perfect for your next conference, banquet, or event. Located just steps
from the Seattle-Bremerton ferry terminal with the 105-room Hampton Inn & Suites located across the plaza, and the 130-room
Fairfield Inn & Suites nearby on 4th Street, the Kitsap Conference Center at Bremerton Harborside offers the perfect collection of
flexible spaces for all types of meetings and events, in one convenient location including our new third floor Marina Vista and Glacier
Cove rooms offer stunning views and additional options for multi-day meetings and breakouts.
Our entire staff is dedicated to ensuring that your next meeting or special event in Kitsap County is everything that you envision it to
be. From the moment you walk in the door, the Kitsap Conference Center team provides the services you need every step of the way.
From event planning to custom menus highlighting seasonal ingredients, our staff will handle all of the details to make sure your event
is a success.
Complete Meeting Package (CMP)
The Complete Meeting Package (CMP) offers a per guest, per
day charge combining the most popular meeting needs into one
package price. Items included are listed below:
Main Meeting Room
Appropriate to the anticipated number of guests and set up in the
style of your choice. Additional function rooms required for breakout
sessions and other meetings or events are charged a separate room
rental fee. Room includes up to four clothed and skirted 6’ or 8’ tables for uses other than seating (registration, displays,
vendors, etc.) Additional 6’ or 8’ tables are available for $25 each.
Audio Visual Package
One LCD projector with screen, one podium with wired microphone, one flip chart and one whiteboard with markers.
Additional audiovisual equipment is available for a per day fee.
Beverage Station
Freshly brewed Starbucks® coffees and Tazo® teas, water and assorted soft drinks replenished throughout the day.
Continental Breakfast
Display of seasonal fresh fruits, selection of freshly baked bagels and breakfast pastries, oatmeal, granola and yogurts.
• Add $4.00 per person for eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes
• Add $1.00 per person for each of the following: eggs or bacon
• Add $1.50 per person for each of the following: sausage or potatoes
AM Break
Whole fresh fruit and a selection of granola bars.
Buffet Luncheon
A buffet consisting of Chef’s choice of salads, a selection of entrées and accompaniments, assorted desserts, lemonade
and iced tea.
PM Break
Whole fresh fruit, and a selection of candies and fresh baked goods.

Service Charge
Service charge is included in package pricing.
Complete Meeting Package Rates
Call us for our current rates.
40 person minimum group size. Groups of less than 40 are subject to
an additional per person charge. CMP pricing is subject to applicable
Washington state sales tax and a mandatory 20% taxable service charge.
Of that amount, 12.5% will be pooled and paid to the servers, bussers,
banquet attendants, banquet captains and bartenders serving you and your
event, and the remaining 7.5% is retained (and not distributed as a tip or
gratuity to the conference center employees) by the conference center.
Event and Meeting Packages
A Kitsap Conference Center Event or Meeting Package offers you an easy way to calculate the cost of your event.
Your Event Meeting Package includes the following items in your room rental:
• Tables and chairs for guest seating
• Tablecloths and napkins in a variety of colors
• Use of china, silverware and glassware
• Floral bud vases and three votive candles for tables
• 8’ x 12’ stage
• 15’ x 15’ dance floor (smaller may be necessary in Fountain Room)
• Podium and wired microphone
• Wireless internet (not available in Fountain Room)
• Two easels
• Up to four clothed and skirted 8’ tables for uses other than seating
• A concierge to greet and direct your guests
Just having a meeting? Our Meeting Room Rental Package includes the
following:
• Tables and chairs for guest seating as appropriate to your event
• Linens
• Podium with a wired microphone
• Two easels
• Up to four 8’ tables, clothed and skirted for registration, etc.
• Water station appropriate to your guest count
• A concierge to greet your guests
Additional clothed and skirted tables for uses other than seating are available for $25.00 each.

variety of dining options utilizing the freshest seasonal ingredients.
Our menus highlight local produce, seafood, and meats. Our team of
culinary professionals is happy to customize any menu to suit your
needs.
