Key Features
• TimeLox Wallox gives an electrical output signal when it grants access. This to be used for any type of control.
• The Wallox use standard magnetic card with encrypted encoding on track 3 as card media. The cards can be
re-used.
• Available also with keypad. Locally programmed codes can give access.
• The 9 V battery will last for approx. 2–3 years. A battery warning signal will alert when the battery needs to be
changed.

Control of elevator and door automatics
TimeLox Wallox controls an electric striking plate or a
motorized lock. This can for example be used to control
elevator doors or door automatics. The elevator door access
will be programmed on the users normal card.
Battery powered
The unit is powered by a standard alkaline 9 V battery which
will have a very long lifetime. TimeLox Wallox can operate
approximately 2–3 years before the battery needs to be
changed. When it does, a battery warning is heard in good
time and the change is done from the outside.
If the unit i.e. is built-in, a longer lifetime for the battery can
be of interest. Then the unit can be equipped with a Lithium
battery instead.

It is also possible to have a unit equipped with keypad. This
gives the opportunity to, in addition to use of card only, or
code alone for access to be granted.

The wall-mounted unit controls any electric striking plate or
a motorized lock. The TimeLox Wallox unit is attempted for
indoor use only. The unit is suitable for operation in the
range 5-50°C and 10-90% non-condensed relative humidity
environment.
A complete wall-mounted unit weighs approximately 1,5 kg.
• A mounting plate is fastened on the wall.
• The plate has a hole for the connecting cables.
• The cables are connected and the TimeLox Wallox is
fastened with a large screw that is covered by a cylinder, with key.
