Our inner orphaned
parts feel as if they
are held hostage.
We keep getting
messages to listen to
their cries for help,
and often abandon
these wounded
disconnected parts
because we are trying
to fix the triggers
outside of us.
The Jailed Heart
Life becomes so stressful
that we feel as if there
are no choices and we
can often feel trapped in
our daily existence.
The broken heart is
constantly let down.
Apathy can set in and the
inner orphaned parts turn
up the volume on their
cries to get our attention.
Fear Based

It will be tricky to stay
present in the ‘Now’
moment.
Most decisions will be
made based on a fear
of re-creating
mistakes from the
past or fear of what
might happen in the

tune up to get us
