After evaluation if the scope of work exceeds the Flat Rate Fee, a revised quote
will be provided with updated repair estimate.
2 Incomplete assemblies will be subject to repair price negotiation.
Beyond economical repair (BER) is assigned to those assemblies that have
discrete component failures in excess of 41% of assembly population and/or non3
repairable damage to the actual printed circuit board. Items that are determined to
be BER will be either returned or disposed of by customer agreement
Eclypse International Corporation reserves the right to use new and/or
reconditioned parts when repairing/replacing assemblies. All assemblies repaired

are under a standard 90-day warranty for parts and labor from date of return
shipment.

Circuit Analyzer Operation & Maintenance

This (O&M) course instructs the user on the setup, operation,
and maintenance of the Industrial Circuit Analyzer. The
course is designed for the user with existing Test Program
ECL-OOA-00012 Sets (TPS) that requires periodic Circuit Analyzer
maintenance training. A student completing this course can
be expected to execute most test programs. Additional
training includes the wiring Self Learn function where the
student uses the circuit analyzer to create a test program of a
connected wire harness.

Test Program Set Development I
Out of Area* – Three (3) day Course
This course introduces students to the ELITE Application
Suite. The student develops a test program using ELITE Self
Learn and the Wire Test Generator (WTG) and validates the
ECL-OOA-00017 test program on the Unit Under Test (UUT). The course
prepares students to make test programs using the ELITE
development environment. Introductory programming
concepts and precision measurement testing completes the
course. At course completion students will have necessary
core competencies to design simple Test Programs in ELITE.

Out of Area* - Three (3) day course.
This course builds upon the knowledge gained in the Test
Program Set (TPS) Development I course. Students will
utilize their programming skills to develop programs for
circuits containing various components such as nested
relays, potentiometers, and times delay relays. Extensive lab
time allows students to develop their testing techniques in
ECL-OOA-00018 precise measurements, waveform capture and results
customization. Students will also be introduced to Eclypse
International’s robust Synthetic Instruments. Each student will
receive their own copy of Synthetic Instruments 1553 Data
Bus Testing Program and Time Delay relay Program part
numbers 130-002-00003 and 130-002-00007 respectively.
These tools valued at over $5000.00, provide students with
an easy method to incorporate complex component testing in
their future test programs.

SYSTEM AND COMPONENTS WARRANTY STATEMENT
Under normal use and service, systems and components are guaranteed to be free of latent defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. This warranty does not extend to products subjected to misuse, accident, improper application or improper maintenance. Eclypse International Corporation shall not be liable for collateral or consequential damages under any circumstances. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTY, ECLYPSE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANT OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All warranty repairs will be performed at Eclypse International’s facility in Corona, California. For service under this warranty, buyer must contact Eclypse International Corporation to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions BEFORE returning any system or component to Eclypse International Corporation for repair. Products returned without prior authorization will be returned to the buyer at their expense. Eclypse International Corporation will make the sole determination if claimed defects are covered under this warranty and will repair or replace any defective product in accordance with its own best judgment. Buyer is responsible for all charges incurred in returning the product to Eclypse International Corporation’s facility in Corona, California, as well as return shipping charges, fees, taxes, duties, etc.
SOFTWARE WARRANTY STATEMENT
Eclypse International Corporation warrants that the software will perform satisfactorily in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Operations Manual. This software is designed exclusively for systems and interfaces provided by Eclypse International. This Warranty does not apply to any other use of this software. You are not entitled to any damages, including but not limited to consequential damages, if the software does not meet Eclypse’s Warranty. Should a problem be found in the operation of the software Eclypse would make every effort to correct the problem in the software or supply an updated version of the software at no extra charge. This Warranty is valid only if Eclypse International Corporation provides the software and support services. This Warranty is void if failure of the software has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication, abnormal use or a virus.
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever, the entire liability of Eclypse International Corporation under any provision of this Warranty and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing with respect to any breach of the Warranty shall be limited to the actual replacement cost of the software.
