GENERAL REMARKS
Guide Price:
Excess £145,000
The village of Addingham enjoys a lovely setting on the
southern banks of the River Wharfe – a location which provides
ready access to some of the area’s finest countryside including
the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Duke of Devonshire’s
Bolton Abbey Estate, whilst also forming an excellent base for
the regional commuter – main roads provide easy links with
Harrogate and the East Lancashire conurbation, whilst from
nearby Ilkley there are frequent services throughout the day
into the local cities of Leeds and Bradford.
Addingham retains a traditional village character supported by
every day amenities including local shops, a primary school,
sports clubs and popular pubs/restaurants. Ilkley is accessible
by public transport and is well known for its first class
shopping and busy social round.
The availability of single residential building plots seems to be
increasingly rare these days and this particular opportunity
offers an excellent chance to create a very appealing four
bedroom family home, designed to compliment its village
setting – the accommodation providing well balanced space
supported by gardens and parking.
