EVENING ACTIVITIES AT DPS&C
Sports play a pivotal role in the overall
development of the students. It also gives a
new shape to the character and personality.
Being part of the balanced curriculum sports
make the teaching and learning experience
interesting and effective.
Keeping in mind the above mentioned
concepts DPS&C has started the evening
coaching/games program. Where children can
play Football, Cricket, Hockey, Badminton,
table tennis. Our dedicated staff is available for
the support of the students. The activity starts
at 4:30 p.m, everyday, except Saturday &
Sunday.

The tournament will be played on single league basis. All teams are divided into two groups.

Each team will be playing 03 matches. The teams standing 1 in each group, will be playing final.

Furthermore, the boys section of DPS&C will remain closed on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 April on
account of the above mentioned activity.
SCHOOL TIMINGS
It has been observed that certain of the students come late to school in the morning. Resultantly,
they miss assembly and sometimes part of the first period. It is requested to all parents please
send your child on time to school for his own benefit, otherwise, the student has to pay
reasonable fine. If a student will not be following the instructions then he/she will be sent back home.
FUN FAIR
We are going to organize a fun fair for our Junior School and Girls section students and their families

on Tuesday 19 April, 2011 between 10:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m. This activity is purely for students of the
concerned sections and ladies (Mothers / Aunties / Grand Mothers). All students will come to school
by 9:00 a.m, rest of the family members can join anytime during the day. Entry will be permitted to the
parents (female) through the main DPS&C gate. Other gates will remain closed. Those students who
travel in Rickshaws will be dropped in the school through our Islam Nagar gate. Special parking
arrangements have been made. Parents and drivers are requested to follow the instructions of our
staff for smooth running.
All parents are further requested to cooperate with the staff deputed on security duty too.
