hark has made customizing a trailer-mounted wash system for on-site cleaning as easy as 1-2-3.
• Step 1: Choose from two rugged trailers—the dual-axle
TRS-6000 with 330-gallon water tank or the single-axle
TRS-3500 with 200-gallon tank.
• Step 2: Select from 9 models of Kärcher-Shark’s skidmounted line of hot water pressure washers.
• Step 3: Customize your trailer with a broad selection of
options and accessories, such as hose reels, chrome coverings, etc.
Both trailers are made of extra-rugged 2-by-3 inch structural tubing. The wheel and axle assembly feature leafspring suspension of up to 3,500 lbs. per axle and 15-inch,
white-spoke wheels.
A powder-coated epoxy finish gives the package added
weather protection.

Industrial under carriage features leaf-spring
suspension of up to 3,300 lbs. per axle and
14-inch, white spoke wheels (shown with
optional chrome wheels).
Trailer tongue assembly includes a swivel jack
made to handle 1,500 lb. capacity and has a 2 5/16inch ball coupler for quick and easy hook up of the
trailer. Two 5/16 -inch chains are also included for
additional safety. Other options are available for
the coupler.
Designed and pre-drilled for mounting the
portable SSG/SSD skid hot water pressure
washer and is positioned so the equipment
controls are easily accessed from the side.
High-density, 200 or 330-gallon white polyethylene water tank comes standard with the
trailer and features a 12-inch access port plus
a 11/2-inch rain valve, 3/4 ‑inch float valve and a
50-mesh inlet strainer.
Durable steel cage holds the water tank and
chemical jugs in place and features a pressure washer wand holder for quick and ready
cleaning accessibility.
Heavy-duty chassis is made of extra-durable
2-by-3 inch structural tubing and covered with
a powder-coated epoxy black finish for allweather protection; features lighted license
plate holder and recessed tail lights; all electrical wiring is recessed within the tubular frame.
Optional, tangle-free hose reels swivel on a
single pivot for 360-degree maneuvering of
high-pressure hose and garden hose; nipples
anchor the hose ends during transit; frame
holds detergent pails in place during transit.
