Over complicaLon is an impediment to success. -­‐ Leave the details up to the MSC, FIPs and ISSF parLcipaLng companies No gear, area, species, etc. is perfect. -­‐ Need to address all significant problems

• <0.5% to ~12% tuna producLon MSC cerLfied • 8 to 24 ISSF parLcipaLng companies • Company partners (US) meeLng our advice: -­‐ Canned: nearly 100% overall & 100% for private label -­‐ FFT: about 50% overall • MSC cerLfied canned tuna in US market with logo since late 2013!
