The building is situated in the midst ofBrno’s historic city centre. The project with an effective floor
area of 16,000m2 includes a shopping centre with about 30 shops and restaurants, a cinema centre
seating a total of 1,400 and a foyer, an underground car park as well as small office units and three
dwelling units.

The Andel City is being realized on a 25,000m² plot
of land, on which formerly the “Tatrawerke” were located, in the 5th district Smichov in Prague. In this
part of Prague much development is going on. The
center of Prague is only 3 metro stations away. The
underground station and bus stations are within walking distance.
In the 1st phase of Andel City 14,027m² of offices,
a multiplex cinema with 14 screens and 2,305 seats,
a food court, a shopping mall and the design hotel
“andel’s” have been completed.
The 2nd phase included the boarding house “andel’s
Suites”, residential building with 97 apartments, Office building - 4,000m², Hotel „Angelo“ Prague - 168
rooms and Pfizer’s Czech headquarters.
In the 3rd phase of the project offices and residential buildings with 103 apartments have been constructed.
The height of the completed buildings varies between
five and seven floors. Under all buildings are 3 underground floors providing app. 500 parking spaces.
The gross area of built space equals more than
125,000m².

The architectural studio D3A was responsible for
the design in general and the London based interior designer Jestico & Whiles was responsible
for the interior design.
The hotel, with its 231 guest rooms, contains a
conference area of 350m² with state of the art
technical equipment and natural lighting throughout the area.
The adjacent cinema center offers one specially
adapted auditorium for events up to 300 persons.
The hotel offers a restaurant for over 220 guests,
a bar and a fitness area. 50 parking spaces are
reserved for hotel guests.

Directly connected to the design hotel andel’s
UBM completed the boarding house andel’s Suites, which offers apartments for longer staying
tourists or business travellers with the andel’s
hotel offering it’s services.
The building of andel’s Suites consists of 7 above-ground floors and an underground parking
facility. Designed by the same interior designer
as andel’s hotel the boarding house contains 22
studios with 40m²,
18 one bedroom apartments, 5 one bedroom
maisonettes and 4 two bedroom maisonettes as
well as 2 rooftop apartments with terraces. Each
unit offers a fully equipped kitchen.

The four-star hotel angelo contains 70 double rooms,
93 twin rooms and 5 suites, 168 guest rooms in total.
The suites are located on the top floor each having a
private terrace. The 6th and 7th floors are designed
as an executive area.
A restaurant, bar and conference area located adjacent from the hotel complete the range of offerings.
The design hotel andel’s, the boarding house andel’s
Suites and the hotel angelo are all managed by the
same hotel manager, which results in significant synergies.

The building of the five-star boutique hotel Le
Palais is a palace built in 1897 in belle époque
style.Frescoes on the ceiling were made by the
famous Czech painter Ludek Marold, which were
renovated and which are protected by law.
The gross floor area is app. 7,646m². The hotel
offers 60 spacious guest rooms and 12 suites,
which are decorated in vibrant belle époque
style. The hotel contains as well a conference
room, a wellness area with fitness and 43 parking spaces.

The Headquarter of Pfizer is part of the second
development phase of Andel City. The office
building offers high quality state of the art offices
in 6 above-ground floors. 2 underground levels
contain 60 parking spaces. Gross floor area totals
to 9,073m².

Located within a quiet environment and only 15 minutes walking distance to the Wenceslas square UBM
has built a residential building with apartments that

The residential building has a gross floor area of
251.723m² and offers 225 apartments and 292 parking spaces.

The angelo Hotel Pilsen is located directly across
the world-famous Pilsner brewery. With its unique
and extravagant design, the hotel is a true eyecatcher. All the city’s main attractions, such as the
brewery museum, the historical city centre, as well
as the synagogue, are within walking distance.
