• Shave underarms 4-6 days prior to
treatment day.
Treatment Day
• Wear a sleeveless shirt or one with
loose arm holes that is easily cleaned
(i.e. tank top).
• Plan to spend approximately 1 hour
for the complete treatment process.
Post Treatment

Ice underarms for the next 24 to
48 hours (20min on/ 20min off).

Refrain from rigorous activity for a
