This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of
style, in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just a few minutes drive to the
beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.
You enter the house via gated drive. Access the villa under the front covered terrace to the large lounge/dining
area. There are lovely rustic furnishings and a fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances i.e.
dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge has 2 sofas and satellite
TV with a DVD player. The dining area has an antique table and chairs totally restored by the owner.
A small corridor gives us access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprise of 2 twin and 2 bathrooms (one en
suite). 1 bedroom has a mezzanine area with a single bed.
Outside, the villa is equally beautifully designed and furnished. There is a large covered terrace running around one
side of the house, with lots of outdoor furniture and a separate built in barbecue ideal for al fresco meals. There is a
lawn area with a prefab swimming pool which is available for the clients use and a bonus for those clients with
small children as the pool is raised and can only be accessed with an adult.
