WHERE TO USE
Interior: Properly prepared interior walls, trim and ceilings of previously painted or bare drywall, plaster, masonry, wood and primed metal.
Exterior: Properly prepared exterior surfaces of wood, hardboard, aluminum siding, vinyl siding, masonry, brick, stucco, cement composition panels
and metal. Not for use on floors.
COVERAGE
Interior: Covers up to 400 sq. ft./gallon, depending on surface texture and porosity.
Exterior: Covers 250-400 sq. ft./gallon, depending on surface texture and porosity.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove surface contaminants with an appropriate cleaner, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Scrape and sand peeled or damaged paint. Sand glossy
surfaces dull. Seal stains from water, smoke, ink, pencil, grease, etc., with the appropriate primer/sealer. Caulk around windows, doors, and other openings
after spot priming bare surfaces with Infinity® Interior Paint & Primer.
APPLICATION
Interior: Apply product when surface, air, and product temperatures are between 50-90°F. Stir paint thoroughly. Intermix containers for uniformity.
Apply with a premium-quality 1/4˝ - 3/4˝ nap synthetic roller cover (woven roller covers are preferred like Purdy® White Dove™), nylon/polyester brush
(like Purdy® XL®) or an airless sprayer (2000 psi, .017˝-.021˝ tip). Thinning not required. Paint the ceiling first, then walls and trim. For roller application,
cover approximately a 2´x 2´ area using an “N” pattern. Finish with light roller strokes in one direction. Some deep or bright colors, surface conditions
and application technique may impact coverage and require more than one coat to obtain complete hide.
Exterior: When air temperature is 35°F, substrates may be colder; prior to painting, check to be sure the air, surface, and material temperatures are above
35°F and at least 5°F above the dew point. Avoid using if rain or snow is expected within 2-3 hours. Do not apply when air or surface temperatures may
drop below 35°F within 48 hours. On large expanses of metal siding, the air, surface, and material temperatures must be 50°F or higher. No reduction
necessary. Apply with a nylon/polyester brush (like Purdy® XL®), a 3/8˝– 3/4˝ nap synthetic roller cover (like Purdy® Marathon®), or airless spray
(2000 psi, .015˝ – .019˝ tip).
CLEAN UP INFORMATION
Clean up with warm, soapy water. Do not pour unused contents down the drain. Consult with local authorities for proper method of disposal and recycling.
