Gateway Gardens is no simple collection of individual
buildings: It literally ‘lives’ due to its diversified quarters
developed according to a master plan in urban development.
Each of the areas of land has its own typifying mark and
function: Quartier Alpha is the busy highlight to the west,
Quartier Verde provides the green think tank. The lively
centre of Quartier Mondo is a bustling, urbane piazza,
while Quartier Cortes, large-scaled and representatively
facing the ‘Autobahn’ motorway, develops inwardly into
interesting courtyards. These are enhanced by the aeronautical Quartier Volar with direct access to the airport
apron and, upon completion of the “S-Bahn” regional rail
station, last of all by Quartier Norte near the city forest.
In each of these land areas, properties that can be
flexibly parcelled into lots offer you sufficient room to
