What is reflexology? It is a deeply relaxing therapy that stimulates and releases tight muscles, it increases circulation and
improves lymph flow in the feet. Who benefits from reflexology?
It is for anyone who enjoys a foot massage and manipulation. It
helps those with diabetes since it increases circulation in the
feet and lower legs, which can prevent future problems. It is
for anyone with poor circulation in the feet and hands. It also
can help with plantar fasciitis as it loosens the fascia on the
plantar side of the foot. Our reflexologist name is deb turner.
Her rate is $15.00 for a 25 minute session..sign up is required.
