UNDERSTANDING
THE SYSTEM....
SERIES 1 - SURFACE & WALLPLATES
Series 1 components are designed to take a Snap-In Module
(KeyStone Jack) directly, without the need for the “SIM” interface
module holder plates. Two varieties of Series 1 types are available.
The Surface Mount types are available in one or two-way
configurations (CSB110 & CSB120).
The Flush Mount types are available in 1, 2 and 4 way types
(CWP110, CWP120 & CWP140) which can be fitted onto a
mounting block (CMB10) or a standard giprock bracket for wall
mounting.
Planning for future expansion is possible by using a blanking plate
to cover any un-used outlets (CSM100).
SERIES 2 - SURFACE BOXES
To maximise versatility, Series 2 surface mount boxes have
provision for Module Holders. These “SIM” interfaces can take 1 or
2 inserts (KeyStone Jacks), or blanks. There are 3 surface mount
boxes available to take 1, 2 or 3 “SIM” interfaces ( CSB220, 240,
260).

SERIES 2 - WALL PLATES
Series 2 flush wall plates (CWP200) are even more versatile. They
can be installed on our mounting block (CMB10) or standard
gyprock brackets. There are also angled module holders as well as
standard module holders, both can be mixed and matched, eg. 1
standard and 1 sloped holder or 2 of the same etc. Blank plates are
available to cover up any un-used slots and to allow for easy future
expansion.
“CSM” INSERT MODULES (KeyStone Jacks)
The insert modules are all standard and will fit all boxes and module
holders in the KeyStone system. Codes start CSM, see next page.
They are available in “F” type, CAT5E, SC fibre & ST fibre.
The CAT5E keystones are available in white, red and yellow. There
are 4 labeled dustcovers supplied with each CAT5 KeyStone jack
for id. Tags for phone, CAT5, voice and a blank.
SAVE TIME AND MONEY
With the use of IDC Punch-Down tools and the very simple
Snap-Lock nature of the KeyStone system, combined with a variety
of modules & colour coding, even the most extensive &
complicated installation is now made efficiently logical, achievable
and upgradeable. The universal nature of the module system also
reduces your overall stock holding too.
