**Week #1 begins on Monday morning, July 26 at 8:00 a.m. and runs until Friday
evening, July 29 at 6:00 p.m. @aily schedule is 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
**Week #2 begins on Monday morning, August 1 at 8:00 a.m. and runs until Friday
eveningo August 5 at approximately 8:00 p.m. (Daily schedule is 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.;
August 5 runs later due to the parent performance)
**Week #3 begins on Monday, August I at 12:00 p.m. and runs until \ilednesday,
August 10 at 5:00 p.m. @aily schedule is 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 P.M.)
++Any student that misses any part of band camp or misses excessive amounts of rehearsal at other
times could potentially start the season as an alternate in the show.
**Monday, August 15 will be a rehearsal after school. The band rehearses most days after
school. An exact daily/weekly breakdown will be made available during the summer.
Saturdays will consist of rehearsals and/or performances throughout the season, which runs
until the middle of November. Do not plan other things when there is a rehearsal or a
performance scheduled.

*All rehearsals and performances are mandatory as part of the curriculum for the
class.
*Rehearsals take place most days after school. There are days that the band rehearsals are
staggered based on the particular sections. Some rehearsals will start right after school while other
rehearsals will start later. There may be some days where certain sections may not have rehearsal.
A more detailed fall rehearsal schedule will be made available this summer. There WILL be
Monday rehearsals on October 3, October 31, and November 7.
