It’s Christmas in the roaring twenties – the era of
prohibition. The bars are closed and underground
establishments have sprung up all over town.
Societies most glamorous pleasure- seekers are
ready to tip their top hats, shake out their tassels
and get a little ‘loosey- goosey’.
The Bloomsbury Ballroom – An art deco venue and
favourite of the celebrity set. Home to the British
Fashion Council menswear shows, glamorous film
premiers and exclusive press nights – presents
Flappers and Dappers the most exciting 1920’s
Christmas party package of 2016.

Hidden in the basement of the iconic Victoria House,
away from the beady eye of the law, the Bloomsbury
Ballroom invites you into its secret world of 1920’s
opulence and glamour.
On arrival your guests will be required to share a
password, if given correctly they will be lead through
the big brass doors and down empty marble corridors
to the secret entrance where Flappers and cocktails
await.
What the evening ahead holds is in your hands. A
truly bespoke experience that can be built to your
requirements with our team organising the perfect
food, drink and entertainment package for your
guests.

KNUCKLE BAR
Guests descend into the dimly lit,
mirrored bar, mysterious and full of
festive twinkle. Flappers and bar staff
are there to greet them and attend
to their every need. You can choose
between a sparkling reception or
delicious cocktails to quench their thirst,
while jazz beats get them in the party
mood.
THE
BALLROOM
As soon as dinner is called guests will
move through to the ballroom, with its
high ceilings and authentic deco
features, transformed with Christmas
splendour. A delicious menu is served at
elegantly dressed tables or as bowl food
while you swing the night away.
As entertainers take to the stage, you
can decide what will wow your guestsfrom Jive bands to special performances
from the London Cabaret Club.
When the entertainment comes to an
end, the DJ invites guests to head for
the dance floor, rustle their feathers and
boogie the night away.

JUICE JOINT
Connecting the two spaces lies the Juice
Joint, a long bar with table service.
This unique space serves as an intimate
drinking den with cosy booths and
mood lighting, the perfect hideaway for
revellers to catch their breath.
Guests can also head to the gamblers
den casino where fortunes can be made
and even flash forward to the millennium
and capture the memories with your
own photo booth.
