Plated Table Setting
Policies
On-Premise Event: Our 4 Seasons Room, Patios and Tented Terrace are all available for your event.
An initial deposit of $200 is required to secure your event date. Final guest counts are required 10
days prior to your event. Final payment is due the day of the event. If booking more than a year out,
an initial deposit of $500 is required. When booking our Outdoor Patios or Tented Terrace a $150
room charge applies per space.
Off-Premise Event: 50% deposit is required at the time of confirming the date (CC accepted). If
booking more than a year out, a $500 deposit can hold the date, and then the remainder of the 50%
will be due with the menu selections a minimum of six weeks prior to your event. Final payment
due 10 days prior to your event with ALL final arrangements.
Tastings: Consult Matty’s Catering and Event Management Group to schedule a personalized
tasting appointment. We will schedule your tasting Monday through Thursday during the hours of
9:00am to 5:30pm. We do charge $20 per guest for individual tasting. When you book Matty’s
Catering for your event, we will deduct this fee from your final invoice. Six guests are the maximum
allowed for a personal tasting. Call us for more information.
Cancellations: in the event of the cancellation of your scheduled event booking date, your deposit
will be returned, minus a 25% handling charge. After thirty days from your booking date, your
entire deposit is non-refundable. If booking occurs within thirty days of your event, your deposit is
non-refundable. In the event of the cancellation occurring within seven days of your booked event
date, you will be held liable for the entire balance.
Matty’s Food Service: No outside food of any kind is allowed on or off-premise unless approved or
provided by Matty’s Catering. Although we prepare more food than we expect to serve, we are
unable to release leftover food to you or your guests per the guidelines set by the Wisconsin Health
Code.
Matty’s Liquor Service: the Wisconsin State Liquor Commission regulated alcohol beverage service
and sales. Matty’s as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of these regulations. It is our
policy that no alcoholic beverages be brought into the bar, Four Seasons Room, Outside Patios or
Tented Terrace. We exercise the right to refuse alcohol to any guest who is intoxicated or individuals
not of legal drinking age.
Event Staffing: Event staffing is variable and will be determined at the time of booking. Matty’s will
recommend the appropriate staffing for your event.
Service Charges and Taxes: all food and beverage items are subject to a 20% service charge and
sales tax. If your event requires staffed servers or bartenders, gratuity is not included within the
service charge, but is greatly appreciated.
Polices Continued
Entertainment & Decorations: Matty’s Catering is flexible with making accommodations if you
would like life music provided by a performer or DJ for your event. Please take into consideration
that any event that occurs off-premise may need to end or follow the facilities noise policy, no later
than 11pm.
4 Seasons Room: Matty’s 4 Seasons Room can be rented out exclusively for your event of 40 or more
people. The flowing room rental charges will apply: Sunday-Thursday & Saturday Day: $150. Saturday Evenings: $200. Fridays: Unavailable.
Food and Beverage Minimums: Sunday –Thursday & Saturday day before 4pm: $650. Saturday evenings after 4pm: $1000
