orange cloves, bubblegum – an array of
flavours combine in this superb beer.
HARRIS PALE ALE
Harris pale ale, our signature beer, is a well
balanced, hop forward pale ale inspired by
the limerick hell-raiser of the same name. A
generous helping of cascade hops gives this
tawny coloured le a citrus/floral aroma and
flavor. A blend of the finet pale and caramel
malts gives a complex malt character while
keeping the hops in the forefront.
