DESCRIPTION
Inverden is a most attractive and deceptively spacious
granite built house believed to date back to the 1800’s.
Set in spacious, beautifully established garden grounds
where a small stream gently meanders through the
front garden attracting an array of wildlife such as
deer, otters, sea trout and a range of unusual birds,
the property also commands superb views over the
lovely rolling countryside, with the river Don viewed
in the middle distance. With many traditional features
throughout including ceiling beams and cornicing
detailing, Inverden offers excellent and adaptable
family accommodation, representing a fantastic
opportunity to obtain a spacious home in a stunning,
idyllic location. The area is very popular with holiday
makers and as such there is holiday let potential at
Inverden.
