THE CHARCUTERIE WOLF PACK BOARD
Dry-cured salami, prosciutto and local Ontario cheeses,
homemade chutney and assorted nuts served with
crostinis. ​25
ESSEX COUNTY BOUNTY
A vegetarian board served with seasonal local vegetables,
nuts, chutney and hummus. Completed with pita points
and Ontario cheese. ​17
BLACK SESAME AHI TUNA
Sliced Ahi Tuna served rare on cucumber rounds with
our wasabi citrus Aioli accompanied with fresh seaweed
salad drizzled with our sesame seed vinaigrette. ​17
WHISKY INFUSED PORTABELLA ESCARGOT
MELT
Tender Escargot simmered in our garlic butter reduction
and splashed with "Wolfhead Whisky" piled on a large
portabella mushroom cap and baked with local
Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. ​14
MAHI-MAHI, SHRIMP OR VEGETARIAN
TACOS
Your choice of pan seared Mahi Mahi, Tiger Shrimp or
fresh Vegetable stuffed tacos in grilled flour tortillas
loaded with our spicy slaw, pineapple-mango salsa and
cilantro. (blackened Mahi can be prepared as a
sandwich)

SPICY CALAMARI
Tender Squid tossed with banana and jalapeno peppers
lightly dusted and flash fried. Served with lemon filet
and our red pepper aioli. 1

DRUNKEN SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS
Tiger shrimp and bay scallops marinated in our
signature "Wolfhead Vodka". Pan seared and tossed in
fresh tomatoes and spring onions. Served over seasoned
quinoa. ​18
LAKE ERIE PERCH SLIDERS
Three perfectly crumb dusted and seasoned Lake Erie
perch. Served with our caper- tartar sauce, spicy coleslaw
and local tomatoes. ​15
BLACKENED CHICKEN PHYLLO TARTS
Marinated chicken breast blackened and stuffed in a
baked Phyllo cup. Piled high with fresh pineapple
mango salsa and cilantro. ​14
LAKE ERIE PERCH
Fresh Lake Erie Perch lightly crumb dusted and cooked
to a golden brown. Then served with fries, spicy slaw
and our caper-tarter sauce. ​15

Spring mix tossed with romaine and iceberg lettuce, red

8oz lean ground beef burger spiced and grilled to
perfection. Served on a toasted bun with lettuce,
tomato, onion and a pickle. 12

Fresh mushrooms, green onions, olives, banana peppers
and fresh garlic sauteed in olive oil butter. Flambéed in
our signature "Wolfhead Vodka", tossed in linguini

Tender 6oz New York blackened in our cajun spices and
served on a crusty panini bun with sauteed mushrooms,

A fresh panini bun stuffed with prosciutto, fresh cut
turkey breast, lettuce , tomato and cheddar cheese then

Zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes and red onions grilled
and served on a panini Bun with pesto aioli. 12
