Young entrepreneurs’ Alliance
The G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance
(G20 YEA) is a global network of young
entrepreneurs and the organizations that support them.
From September 7th to 9th 2015, in preparation of the 2015 G20
Leaders Summit, more than 400 young entrepreneurs meet at the G20
Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit in Istanbul.
The event is hosted by Tugiad, the Association of Turkish Young
Entrepreneurs’.
G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit 2015
Organized by Tugiad and supported by the G20 Turkish Presidency and the B20, the G20
YEA Summit 2015 is hosted in Instanbul from September 7th to 9th, 2015. It is the natural
continuation of a project, which started in July 2009 in Stresa (Italy G8) and became well
established with the Toronto (June 2010), Nice (November 2011), Mexico City (June 2012),
Moscow (2013) and Sydney (2014) Summits. The G20 Summit of Young Entrepreneurs is a
three-days conference, which involves 20 national delegations with the aim to create and
share a joint declaration, called the Final Communiqué, to express a clear position of the Young
Entrepreneurs of the 20 most developed economies, on key social and economic matters. The
Final Communiqué will be our contribution to the yearly B20 and G20 talks to be concluded
in November 2015.
This three-day Turkish Summit aims at:
- discussing entrepreneurship culture, job creation and youth employment;
- putting into contact 400 Young Entrepreneurs from the 20 most powerful
economies in the world;
- comparing the experiences of leaders from several entrepreneurial
ecosystems;
- working out the G20 YEA Final Communiqué to be share with B20, G20 leaders
and the international media;
- promoting the vital role of Young Entrepreneurs in fields like growth,
employment, innovation and competitiveness;
- detecting key actions in order to promote entrepreneurship amongst young
people;
- providing governments with sound proposals;
- presenting the results of the research of G20 YEA knowledge partners.

Italian Action Plan for Youth Employment
underwritten in Sydney 18 - 22 July 2014
Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs
The Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs
movement was formed within the framework of the
Confindustria associations system as a group of individuals whose aim
is to strengthen awareness of the entrepreneur’s role and to set it apart from
conventional organizations set up as business associations.
The Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs movement is proud of having started the
idea of identifying, searching and connecting several young entrepreneurs’ associations
all around the world, bringing them all together for the first time at the first G8 Young
Entrepreneurs Summit held in Stresa (Italy 2009). It is also an honor to be amongst the
founding members of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance, a fundamental step towards
building up a global awareness about youth entrepreneurship.
The group seeks to play an active role within the Confindustria System, and as “innovation
laboratories” with respect to civil society.
The C.Y.E. movement consists of individuals aged between 18 and 40 years, who hold
managerial positions within enterprises members of Confindustria. The Movement
has greatly expanded over the years and today counts 13.000 members associates,
organized across 105 Provinces and in 20 Regional Committees.
The main activities of the Young Entrepreneurs Movement include:
- encouraging the spread of business culture and the growth of entrepreneurial
opportunities within society;
- supporting free market and competition, merit and social mobility with a view to
furthering Italy’s competitiveness;
- enhancing the role of the entrepreneur as an active and responsible player for Italy’s
economic, social and civil development.

Born in Turin, Italy in 1976. He lives in Turin with his wife and their three children.
Family is a fundamental value in Marco’s life and a large component of his
self-motivation. His roots come from an entrepreneurial family, whose values and
ethics have formed his character and his perspective on life. The latter has been
enriched and strengthened with the experiences that he has had the good fortune
to live. Growing up with the company and its management was an enlightening and
practical education.
Since 2000, he is founding partner and CEO of WebWorking, a company specialized in
communication and multimedia. Since 2007, because of a WebWorking acquisition, he is
also CEO of Ottovolante, a company working in advertising and digital projects.
From 2010 to 2011, he served as CEO of the advertising agency GSW WorldWide Italy.
Since 2013, he is founding partner of AD2014 Srl, an innovative startup working in the
Internet of Things, and Torino1884 Srl, a company working in food&beverage. In the
latter company also he holds the positions of Chairman. Since 2015 he is also board
member of Online Sim Spa.
He has had a long and rich associative experience in Confindustria culminated on
May 6, 2014 with his election as President of the Young Entrepreneurs
of Confindustria and Vice President of Confindustria.

Luca Donelli
RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND
EUROPEAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
Impresa Donelli - Milano
Energy, Oil and Gas
[email protected]
@lucadon82
Born in 1982, he graduated in International Economics and Management at Bocconi
University in Milan. After an experience in McKinsey & Co. as a Business Analyst, Luca has
started working with his family business, incorporated in 1911 and specialized in coating,
maintenance & finishing services for Oil & Gas, industrial plants and building construction.
Luca joined C.Y.E. Alto Milanese Chapter, where he has held the VP position and he is now
President. As part of the International Relations Committee, Luca has contributed to the
establishment of MAME YE Network, a network of Young Entrepreneurs of Mediterranean,
Africa and the Middle East. After having served as Sherpa of the Italian delegation at G20
YEA (2011-2014), in May 2014 he has joined the presidency board to follow international
and european relations. He also contributed to the 2015 B20 SME & Entrepreneurship task
force.
His decision to become an entrepreneur took place from a mix of sense of responsibility
and willingness to have a riskier, but more rewarding life. He is learning how to be a fourth
generation entrepreneur. He is reshaping part of the concept of the company through
internationalization, establishing branches in the Balkans, and innovation, introducing
energy saving services and more environmentally friendly technologies. His next challenge
is to further introduce and promote the use of an innovative technology, already identified
and currently being tested, which would revolutionize the way the company carries out
maintenance projects offshore.
Ad astra per aspera is his motto as well as that of the State of Kansas, where Luca was an
exchange student in High School.

Nicola Altobelli
SHERPA OF CONFINDUSTRIA Y.E. DELEGATION
Eceplast - Foggia
Packaging
[email protected]
@nalto79
Born in 1979, after his graduation at university of Florence and an intense period of study in
the USA, he returned to Italy in 2003 to join Eceplast his family company that manufactures
special industrial packaging used to ship bulk chemicals and food commodities in sea box
containers.
He started his career from the bottom position of the company’s commercial office,
becoming the Commercial Director in 10 years of hard work, leading the expansion of
Eceplast from just a small and young family company based in the south of Italy, to a more
mature and managerial company with current operations in Europe, Asia, GCC and a global
outlook.
During his first years of career, he decided to complete his studies with an Executive MBA
program at MIP Politecnico di Milano, a great experience in terms of knowledge and
international networking.
Nicola is active member of C.Y.E Foggia since 2007, and after being a delegate at previous
G20 YEA summits, in May 2014 he has joined the C.Y.E. National Presidency board to serve
as Sherpa of the Italia delegation.
His motto: Think big, but different!
