CSNB Celebrates Nutrition Month
Every month of July, CSNB never fails to celebrate Nutrition Month. This year it was
conducted last July 30, 2015 with a theme “Timbang Iwasto, Sa Tamang Nutrisyon at Ehersisyo”
Students from Kinder level exuberantly performed a dance number making their parents
to be truly proud for them. More fun activities were conducted during the said event such as
contest for the longest upo and sitaw, yakult drinking contest and banana- eating contest where
little ninians actively and joyfully participated.
On the other hand, the campus was filled by screaming and shouting audience as the
nutria-cosplayers from different sections were presented. Luckily, Mariah Valdemoro from grade
8 St.Claire of Assissi, under the supervision of Mr. Rick Joseph Cruz and Ivan Macalinao from
grade 8 St. Sebastian, under the supervision of his adviser, Mrs. Cecille Bautista, were hailed as
the winners from the said competition.
Cooking contest was also conducted wherein grade 10 San Pedro Calungsod successfully
got the taste of the judges as they receive the first place.
Nutrition month really gave us an opportunity not just to enjoy and join from the different
competitions but also to remind each of us that having a good health is indeed a wealth.
