Pinkerton for the project, which began about a year ago with help from several architects and
planning specialists.
“This is a legacy project for us,” Romair said. “From the beach access for KAIYA residents and
guests, to the 5­star spa and high­end restaurants the 30A community can enjoy, our goal is to
create a friendly, luxurious atmosphere.”
