Description
A fresh, crisp white wine of a pale golden colour. Aromas of Citrus fruits on the
nose, some grapefruit flavours with hints of peaches and ripening fruits. A zingy,
refreshing wine although the presence of the Semillon gives a fullness in the
mouth.
The return of the fresh fruity flavours give it a long, lingering finish.

Description
This is the golden, summer sunshine of SW France in a bottle ! A very special
white wine aged in oak barrels for 12 months, creating a beautiful full, round
flavour, smooth in the mouth and bursting with fresh fruity flavours, yet with
subtle hints of crispness and acidity.
With notes of toasted, spicy aromas on the nose , combined with delicious ripe
fruits – this wine can be put down and only improves with age. Perfect as an
aperitif wine, or with fish or white meat, but also an amazing accompaniment
to Foie Gras or cheese.

Description
A wonderfully powerful wine, a deep cherry red in colour, reflecting the shimmering sunshine captured in the superb Merlot grapes. Intense aromas of
toasted vanilla at first, from the oak barrels in which the wine has matured,
followed by an explosion of flavours, spices, dark fruits, blackcurrant and violet.
Mirage gives a full roundness, in the mouth with super-soft tannins giving a
strong finish. To enjoy at its best decant at least an hour before tasting.
Mirage is perfect to drink with red meats, steak and cheese. This great wine
will age and mature very well.

Description
This amazing wine is the ultimate in pure, organic wine production, with no
addition of sulphur at any time in the wine-making process.
Mystère is a testimony to the purity of the grapes and the care and attention
taken at every stage of its production from the vineyard to the bottle – truly
a labour of love and passion at Clos le Joncal. A smooth, rounded wine in the
mouth, brimming with flavours of dark, red fruits, enhanced by a subtle toasted
oak influence , with a long, lingering finish. The number of bottles available is
very limited, so don’t wait too long to try it! – definitely a memorable wine, to
be tasted and enjoyed to the full!
