Combining beauty and durability, the legendary Legion
Cookware has been preferred by the world’s great chefs for
over a century. Uniquely manufactured using a “sandwich”
of metals, we layer carbon steel between 18-8 stainless steel
for ideal heat transference - heating each pot or pan evenly
and quickly across the entire cooking surface.
The long, heavy gauge stainless steel handles remain cool
and are not affected by magnetic induction.
Our InductoWare® is beautifully finished in either brushed
satin or mirror polish for use with magnetic inducting
heating devices – Induction cooking.
Choose the exquisite CopperWare™ for dramatic tableside
presentations. Legion CopperWare™ features the same
“sandwich” of metals plus a hard-wearing layer of copper
that imparts its own warm elegance. The copper finish
is also available brushed or mirror polished and, as an
added benefit, the copper plating is extremely effective in
transferring heat to the food product.

InductoWare®
CopperWare™
The CopperWare™ cookware features an extra-thick copper exterior.
The cooking surface is hand-polished stainless steel that will not
react with food. The inner core is cast iron not just at the bottom,
but all the way up the sides. The long, stay-cool handles and noncorrosive rivets are made of gleaming stainless. To maintain its
appearance, it is best not to put CopperWare™ in the dishwasher.
The InductoWare® cookware features a magnetic inner core for
use on conventional and induction ranges. The cooking surface is
hand-polished stainless steel that will not react with food. All
three layers are bonded together for optimum heat conductivity.
The long, stay-cool handles and non-corrosive rivets are made of
gleaming stainless. InductoWare® cookware is dishwasher safe.
Highly polished cookware is undeniably beautiful, but it is very
difficult to maintain. Legion’s brushed finish is also beautiful,
yet it is much easier to maintain. In appearance, it immediately
evokes a professional or industrial quality that is consistent with

Product information
Legion cookware is built to comply with applicable standards of manufacturers. Included among these approval
agencies are: UL, NSF, ASME/National Board, CSA, AGA, CGA, ETL and others. Many local codes exist, and it
is the responsibility of the Owner and Installer to comply with these codes. We reserve the right to modify equipment illustrated and described in our catalog or as set forth in our form of quotation consistent with latest trends in
design or because of factors beyond our control. Our program of product improvement makes it necessary for new
or improved models to be submitted for testing by these various agencies as they are developed. Therefore, not all
models bear the appropriate agency approval or certification at all times. Quotations are submitted on this basis. All
orders are accepted on this basis.
Prices are fixed for a period of sixty (60) days following the date of quotation or as otherwise accepted in writing by
Legion Industries, Inc. (“Legion”). Prices on Options and Accessories in this price list are valid at time of original
equipment purchase only. Prices do not include any Federal, State, City or Local taxes, which may apply, and all
sales are subject thereto.
Minimum orders of $100.00 are required. A signed purchase order is required and should indicate purchase order
number, complete shipping address, requested ship date, model number; electrical characteristics; type of gas; altitude, (if installation is over 2000 feet); and when required, incoming steam pressure. Purchase order should also
include all options and accessories desired and prices. Approved drawings, when required must be received before
equipment can be scheduled for production.
Legion will ship when merchandise is completed unless customer specifies a defined shipping date and such date is
accepted in writing by Legion. Additional charges will be incurred if the customer changes the shipping date within
four (4) weeks of the accepted shipping date. Additional charges may also be incurred for accelerated schedules.
Shipments must be made within six (6) months of date of order or may be subject to increase in prices, unless price
is protected in writing by Legion.
Rate classifications are subject to change without notice.Whenever possible, Legion will ship using the most economical commodity rate.Special configurations or non-standard crating (ex., oversized crate) may affect the classification.
Delivery terms are F.O.B. plant of manufacture, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830. The buyer must make claims for lost
or damaged shipments direct upon the carrier. If shipment arrives and visible damage is evident, damaged conditions shall be noted on the carrier’s receipt. If damage is concealed and discovered upon uncrating, an immediate
report should be made to the carrier and the shipping container retained so that an inspection report can be made and
claim filed by consignee. All merchandise must be unpacked and inspected within 5 days of receipt. Damage must
be reported to carrier within that period. Our company’s responsibility ceases upon acceptance of merchandise by
common carrier.
Orders cancelled or changed after production has started are subject to a handling charge. Prior written authorization must be received from Legion Industries, Inc. in order to return merchandise. All returned merchandise must be
labeled with the Returned Goods Authorization Number and be shipped freight prepaid within thirty (30) days of date
of authorization. If such authorization is granted to return merchandise a charge of 20% or more is made to cover
cost of receiving, unpacking, inspecting, re-packing and restocking if merchandise is received in first class condition.
On equipment or parts returned for repairs or adjustment, transportation charges both ways, are to be paid by the
purchaser. Any special merchandise built to a buyer’s specifications may not be returned or cancelled. No returns
accepted after 90 days from date of invoice.
Payment terms shall be decided by Legion Industries, Inc. and set forth on the face of the Order Acknowledgement
before releasing merchandise. Further, the Customer grants to Legion a security interest in the Merchandise as security for payment of the purchase price, including freight, if applicable.Customer acknowledges this sale occurred in
the state of Georgia, under whose laws any disputes shall be resolved, concerning this sale.
