General Terms & Conditions
• All types of materials purchased from Wimsatt Building Materials will apply
towards your Wimsatt Reward Points. Only material total on invoice applies
toward your Wimsatt Reward Points - delivery charges, sales tax, and discounts
are not included.
• One Wimsatt Reward Point is awarded for every one dollar of purchases shipped
from Wimsatt Warehouse stock. Manufacturer direct shipments will count one
fourth or 25% credit towards points. Any quantity discounts from list prices
are subject to reduced points.
• Accounts must be current to redeem Wimsatt Reward Points. Accounts must
be in good standing and all purchases during the promotional period must be
paid in full by their due date.
• Wimsatt Reward Points carry no cash value. Wimsatt Reward Points cannot be
redeemed for cash. Unused Wimsatt Rewards Points do not roll forward into any
future promotion.
• Once a customer is enrolled in one Wimsatt Rewards promotion, they may not
transfer to another Wimsatt Rewards promotion. Unused points cannot be
transferred from one promotion to another.
2016 Riviera Maya Trip
• The Wimsatt Rewards 2016 Riviera Maya Trip Promotional Period is from
12/1/14 through 11/30/15.
• The 2016 Riviera Maya Trip is a 6 day trip to the Secrets Maroma Beach
Resort in Cancun, Mexico from 2/23/16 to 2/28/16. Details will be forwarded
to you upon completion and return of this registration form.
• The trips are limited to Wimsatt Building Materials Customers; i.e. Principals
and Approved Managers, and are subject to approval of Wimsatt. Customer
participants must be 21 years of age to travel on this trip.
• Trips must be taken on the announced dates from Detroit Metro Airport. No
separate trips are permitted. TRIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, HOLD NO CASH
OR CREDIT VALUE AND CANNOT BE SOLD, TRADED OR ASSIGNED.
• Participants assume any tax liability for trips earned.
• All travel subject to government approval and regulations. Date and all trip
details subject to change.
• In order to travel, each individual will be required to assume all personal
responsibility and a signed Original “Release of Liability” must be in our
Corporate Office before travel tickets can be issued. All liability for accidents,
death, delay, medical expense or other loss whatsoever is the travelers’ sole
responsibility, including any insurance they may have or elect to have during the
travel period. Travelers shall indemnify Wimsatt and its participating dealers
for and against any claims, which may be brought against Wimsatt for actions
relating to the participation of the traveler(s).
• All Registration Forms must be returned to our Corporate Office no later than
12/30/14. Space is limited; reservations must be made.
• Customers must earn at least one trip to qualify for the trip promotion.
Customers cannot buy into the trip if they have not earned at least one trip.

2015 Rewards Catalog
• The 2015 Wimsatt Rewards Catalog Promotional Period is from 12/1/14
through 10/31/15. During this period, you can earn Wimsatt Reward Points
that can be redeemed for great rewards.
• All Registration Forms must be returned to our Corporate Office no later than
12/30/14.
• After you enroll, your online account will become active once you have earned 35,000
pts. Wimsatt Reward Points are added to your Wimsatt Rewards account by the 10th
of every month. There is a 30 day waiting period on points that are accumulated. For
example: points earned in January will be reported to you in February, but will not be
available for redemption until March. You can browse the catalog and redeem your
points at wimsattdirect.com/rewards. All Wimsatt Rewards Catalog Program Points
expire on 12/31/15 and cannot be redeemed after that date.

reinforced poly sheeting. Dura-Skrim is constructed with
high strength polyethylene film and heavy-duty scrim
reinforcement, laminated together with a layer of molten
