This fast track program provides green job training and preparation for the nationally recommended BPI Building Analyst I

and solutions for issues like energy efficiency, air quality, safety

Safe food handling is critical to keeping customers and co-workers
safe. Offered in association with the National Restaurant Association
Educational Foundation, ServSafe is a comprehensive eight-hour course

Health Care Provider CPR
Intended for the healthcare provider who cares for patients in a variety of settings. The course teaches CPR for victims of all ages. Topics include ventilation
with a barrier device, bag-mask device, oxygen, use of an automated external
defibrillator (AED), and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). Includes the adult signs of heart attack, cardiac arrest, stroke, and choking.

HOME INSPECTION CERTIFICATE
The Home Inspection Certificate program is being
redesigned to meet new requirements and standards
in the industry. The new program will be available
March, 2010.
The program is designed to introduce you to the growing field of
Home Inspection and will help you prepare for the National Home
Inspector Examination that is required for licensing as a Home
Inspector in MA and NH, as well as many other states. The entire
program must be successfully completed in order to earn the Home
Inspector Preparation Program Certificate of Completion. It is being
developed based on the American Society of Home Inspectors
(ASHI) Training Curriculum and state requirements. It is also a National Association of Certified Home Inspector (NACHI) approved
curriculum.
The certification program will include the following: Inspection
of roofing, exterior cladding systems, masonry systems, structural
systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, heating and air
conditioning systems, regulations and standards of practice, report
writing, professional ethics and contract law.

Literacy Skills Test (CLST) of the MTEL

The following four Real Estate programs are offered
through a partnership with the Lee Institute, 310 Harvard St.,

Real Estate Salesperson’s License Preparation
The Lee Institute Real Estate course is a 24-hour mandated preparatory
pre-licensing course. Upon completion you will be prepared to take the
Massachusetts Salesperson’s Examination. During the course you will
take practice exams similar to the state examination. Select one of the
following class times:
This workshop is designed to prepare those who plan to take the CLST,
which is one of the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTEL).
The CLST is required for licensure as a teacher or educational administrator in MA and is required for students who are transferring to a four-year
college with programs leading to teacher licensure. This course provides
an overview of the test, an intensive review of the skills assessed by the
test, the opportunity to take sample tests, and strategies for test-taking.

England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS) to provide professional
Truck Driver Training at the college’s Corporate and Community
Education Center. This program offers a thorough introduction to long
haul driving, with sufficient driving time to develop the skills necessary
and prepare for the State Commercial Drivers License Examination.

direct weddings of all types plus get the tools necessary to launch

The Bald Eagle is one of our national symbols. Each winter Bald Eagles
from northern New England move south to the lower Merrimack River
which provides perfect winter habitat for these majestic birds.In this
outdoor class you will learn about field marks, bill size & shape, cere &
talons, eyes and their hunting style, flight speed and altitude, and their
plumage and more. Class will take place along the Merrimac River’s
edge and we will be walking on snow and unimproved trails. Dress in
layers for outdoor weather including waterproof boots, wool socks, hat

Take exit 48, Ward Hill/Bradford off Route 495
(N or S) in Haverhill. Bear right off the exit. Stay
in the right lane. Go through two sets of lights,
at the third light bear right onto Osgood St. (Rt.
125 south) toward No. Andover. Proceed approx.
1 mile. Osgood Landing at 1600 Osgood St.
is on the right (formerly Lucent Tech.). Do not
park in front lot. Go through the blinking yellow
light, at the next light take a right into the
South Entrance road (a Shell station and Dunkin’
Donuts will be on your left). Proceed straight
past first lot to the second parking area on the
right. Park in Southeast parking lot and proceed
into the building at Southeast entrance. Follow
the signs inside.

Timony Grammar School (Methuen)
45 Pleasant View Street, Methuen. From Route
495 north or south, take Exit 47 (Route 213
west). Take Exit 3 off Route 213 (Pleasant/Howe
Streets exit). Turn right on to Howe Street. Bear
right at lights on to Pleasant Street. Follow for
about half a mile. Take a left turn after the track
field on to Pleasant View. Timony School is on
the left just past the football stadium. Enter the
school through the double doors to the right of
the gymnasium.
Veasey Park (Groveland)
Located at 201 Washington St., Groveland.
From Rt 95 take Exit 53 (Rt. 133) towards
Georgetown. Take left on to Salem St. Take left
on to Washington St. After hill on right, take
right up long driveway. From Rt 495 take Exit
48 (Ward Hill/Bradford). Take Rt 125N towards
Bradford. At common, bear right and take right
onto Salem St. Proceed for 3.1 miles, then at
Price-Rite Auto take a right onto Washington St.
Veasey Park 1/4 mile on right.
Haverhill Campus at Elliott St.
Located at exit 52 off Route 495 at Elliott Street
in Haverhill. Major roadways connecting with
Route 495 are Route 93 from the south and
Route 95 from the north. From Route 495 north,
take exit 52 and turn left. The entrance to the
campus is on the left, immediately after the
on‑ramp to 495 north. From Route 495 south,
take exit 52 and turn right. The entrance to the
campus is the next left.
