A UNIQUE ACTION
Since 1927, the „First State Watch Factory“ in
Moscow was producing mechanical watches.
In 1961, after the space flight of Yuri Gagarin,
the factory was renamed in “Poljot“. In 1988,
about 6 millions of watches were produced by
this factory. In the prime of its business there
were working almost 6000 employees. What
a great history and important events! Unfortunately, in 1992, after the factory has gained
access to the international market, it was compelled to reduce its score and finally, in 2011,
even to stop the production of watch movements completely because of insufficient management and decreasing efficiency of work.
The German brand “Poljot-International“ has
been adapted to the new conditions, in time,
and was able to continue in acquiring a solid
position in the market. Later, the watch movements of the brand P-I were replaced by other
Russian and Swiss movements and also by
products of new sub-suppliers. However,

some of the former high-grade components
as, for example cases, dials, hands and leather straps matching to the chronographs cal.
3133, the alarm watches cal. 2612 and the
hand winding watches cal.3105. are still available at our stock.
From September 2015, “Poljot- International“
has been started a special campaign under
the slogan “A new outfit for your old Poljotcalibre”. By this action the brand “Poljot-International“ is offering to all customers the
equipment of their “old” Poljot-watch with
new cases, dials and hands for preferential
prices. We are ready to take apart the movement of your old mechanical watch and to
re-assemble into a new case of your choice.
“Poljot-International“ would grant you a warranty of six months in case, if your watch has
been completely revised in our workshop.
In any case, this offer will be agreed, before
any repair work would be started.

prices for repair work are indicated at the
following pages.
