Talaris Conference Center is Seattle’s best kept secret, and an oasis for
inspired meetings, events and overnight stays. Located on 18-acres
in a natural, park-like setting near the University of Washington
Talaris is just minutes from downtown Seattle and within walking
distance to University Village, Husky Stadium and Seattle’s Children’s
Hospital. Featuring 31 guestrooms including suites perfect for informal
gatherings, over 7,000 square feet of function space, and ample
complimentary parking, this serene environment is an ideal, casual
destination for intimate training workshops, meetings, retreats and
other events for up to 150 people.

COMPLETE MEETING PACKAGE
The distinctively Northwest Talaris Conference Center offers the Complete Meeting Package (CMP) as a cost-effective resource
to meeting and event planners. The CMP is easy to understand, so that you can quickly estimate your meeting costs.
The Complete Meeting Package (CMP) is based on a per guest, plus service charge and sales tax, per day charge and
includes the following:
• Audiovisual package including: LCD projector and screen, whiteboards and one flip chart with assorted markers and tape
• Complimentary high speed wireless Internet
• Continental breakfast including freshly brewed Seattle’s Best® Coffee and Tazo® herbal teas, hot chocolate, cider, fruit juices, soda, water, seasonal fruit platters, oatmeal, yogurt, an assortment of bagels, breakfast breads and hard boiled eggs
• Mid-morning refresher including freshly brewed Seattle’s Best® Coffee, Tazo® herbal teas, hot chocolate, cider, chilled juices, soda and water
• Buffet luncheon served in the Pacific Room offering a wide variety of salads, hot entrées, artisan breads, beverages, and desserts

Afternoon snack including freshly brewed Seattle’s Best® Coffee and Tazo® herbal teas, soda and an assortment of sweet and savory items such as fun and colorful candy, brownies or cookies and garlic pita with hummus

A Talaris Conference Center Event or Meeting Package offers you an easy way to calculate the cost of your event.
Your Event Package includes the following items:

• Linens and napkins in a variety of colors
• Use of china, silverware, and glassware
• Three votive candles per table
• High speed wireless Internet
• LCD projector and screen
• Two easels
• One flip chart package
• Podium with wired microphone
• Up to four 8’ tables for registration, etc.
• A greeter in the lobby to guide your guests
• Water station appropriate to your guest count
Just having a meeting? Our Meeting Package includes the following:
