BOOKING
PROCEDURES
We require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation, which can be paid via wire transfer or
credit card. In case the payment will be with a credit card, we will require to have a credit
card authorization form signed and sent back, which we will send during the reservation
process. Full Payment is due and required 7 (seven) or 60 (sixty) days prior to the charter
date, depending on the date of expedition. If full payment is not received within 7 (seven)
days, we reserve the right to release the date of charter. Important to know that for High
Season, we require full payment at time of reservation and its non –refundable, for further
information over these dates please contact Punta Mita Expeditions directly.
Polices
WEATHER
We reserve the right of changing or cancelling activities schedules due to extreme weather
conditions. Safety is our priority so we handle weather situations case by case in order to
provide the most enjoyable experience.
RESTRICTIONS
For safety reasons, expectant mothers, kids under 5 years old and guests with restricted
mobility are not allowed.
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
In most cases, deposits are fully refundable, less a 5% credit card processing fee (if the form
of payment is done via credit card) if any change or cancellation is made and confirmed
by Punta Mita Expeditions staff more than 7 (seven) or 60 (sixty) days prior to the charter
date, depending on the date of expedition. If any change or cancellation is made less than
7 –days prior to charter date, deposit is forfeited, unless an exception is agreed by Punta
Mita Expeditions staff.
For High Season (Thanksgiving Nov 20 – 29, 2015, Christmas - New Year´s Dec 20, 2015
– Jan 2, 2016, President´s Week Feb 12 – 22, 2016, Spring Break and Easter Mar 20 – Apr
10, 2016) and Groups payments are non - refundable 60 (sixty) days prior to the date of the
reservation. NO SHOW is also non refundable
