On December 7, 2015, The Peoples Bank of Bullitt County will merge into First Harrison Bank. Combining
The Peoples Bank of Bullitt County with First Harrison Bank will afford exciting opportunities for you with

You will be able to use any of the bank’s seventeen branch offices, including those in Clark, Floyd, Harrison,
and Washington counties in Southern Indiana. For those branches in Bullitt County, you will continue to see
many of the same friendly faces at each of these locations as we are pleased to report that we have positions for
every employee who chose to remain with the bank. Additionally, we will be expanding the hours of the Bullitt
County branches to better accommodate customers. You will also notice that we have many electronic services
that will make banking with us EASY. The combined resources of the two banks will make your bank one of the
strongest and most innovative in the Louisville metropolitan area.

If you are not currently an On-Line Banking

on or after December 6.
On December 6, Peoples Bank of Bullitt County
On-Line Banking customers will be able to
log-on to First Harrison Bank I-Banking via
FirstHarrison.com. You should immediately
change your password to a secure password that
you will remember. Your temporary password
will expire on December 31.
