share in your airman’s memorable graduation by
offering a wide range of options designed to
accommodate your travel needs.
BMT Family Travel supports the Air Force
community by contributing a percentage of all
booking fees to the JBSA-Lackland. The Air
Force uses this fund for special programs and
recreational activities for your airman. Thank

Terms and Conditions
JBSA-Lackland Family & Friends has preferred
partners that may offer discounts. Airfares are not guaranteed
until the time of purchase. Airline tickets are non-refundable
and non-transferable (name changes are not permitted) and
must be issued in the name as it appears on the traveler’s
government issued photo ID (driver’s license, military ID,
passport, etc). Visit www.TSA.Gov for the most current
information regarding travel restrictions. Tickets are issued
electronically. A check-in time of at least 90 minutes prior to
scheduled departure is recommended to clear security and
ensure boarding.
BMT Family Travel GIVES BACK:
By booking through the JBSA-Lackland Family &
Friends program you are contributing to the welfare of all
the service members that walk through JBSA-Lackland. A
portion of all proceeds are returned to the JBSA-Lackland
MWR Fund.
BMT Family Travel charges a non-refundable
transaction fee for air, car and hotel bookings.
Airline Reservations-$25.00 per person up to 3
people, $15 per additional ($90.00 cap)
Changes to Airline Reservations-$25.00 per person
is the official car rental company for the JBSALackland Family & Friends program. Drivers must be at least 21
years old. Drivers aged 21-24 may incur additional daily service
fees. Applicable taxes, gas and insurance are not included in
rate quoted. Drivers must present a valid license and credit/
debit card upon pick up of the vehicle.
Proof of insurance is required when driving on JBSALackland.
BMT Family Travel acts in the capacity of an agent
for transportation companies only and does not own
or operate any such transportation services; therefore
maintains no control whatsoever over the personnel,
facilities, equipment or operation of the suppliers of
such services and is not responsible or liable to its
customers for any claims, losses or expenses arising out
of injury (physical or mental), accidents, death, delay or
inconveniences, or damage to luggage or other personal
property.
Tipping is recommended for shuttle drivers,
bellman, hotel maids and restaurant servers.
