Casa Delfino Suites is seventeen kilometers from the Chania
International Airport; a fifteen minute taxi ride. Souda Bay is
the nearest port, at a distance of seven kilometers. Situated at
the old Venetian harbor, Casa Delfino Suites is an elegant 17th
Century Venetian mansion, carefully and attractively restored
as an exclusive hotel of just twenty-one suites. A secluded
entrance leads to the large sheltered courtyard of pebble
mosaics, where guests enjoy the peaceful shade.
Casa Delfino Suites consists of twenty-two high quality Rooms/Suites. There are 4
Standard Rooms and 8 One-bedroom Apartments. There are 6 One-bedroom Suites, 1
Two-bedroom Apartment, 1 Two-bedroom Suite, 1 Honeymoon Suite and 1 Penthouse
Suite.
All rooms have air-conditioning, direct-dial telephone, highspeed internet, marble bathroom, shower, (all One-Bedroom
Suites with Jacuzzi), safe-deposit box, mini bar, coffee
maker, hair dryer, satellite TV, music channels, and DVD
player.
Casa Delfino Suites has a small stylish bar that leads to a
sitting area, then out to the large private courtyard filled with
trees, flowers, and an enormous cactus. This is where the
daily breakfast buffet is served.
All guests have use of the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the harbor, the
majestic White Mountains, and the narrow streets of the Chania old town. The terrace
offers teak lounge chairs, umbrellas & bar service including gourmet sandwiches, fresh
salads and a variety of light snacks.
The staff are friendly and helpful at all times, while the atmosphere is relaxed and
informal. From Casa Delfino's comfortable retreat, guests can easily explore the many
side streets of Chania's old town that are full to the brim with fine shops and restaurants.
A good bus service allows one to venture to the local beaches or around the island.
