HISTORY of SPINEA
The robot development started at the VUKOV
factory in the 1980’s – at that stage, a state
owned R&D and production company. Due to
the demand for reducers for their internal
use in the development of robots the
engineers there started the development of
their own reducer.
Some 300 robots were manufactured in total.
Shown are demonstrations of robots that
were manufactured with the first
development versions of a reducer that
TWINSPIN eventually evolved from.
