(approaching Hanna after watching her and being
mesmerized while she sang) That does remind me of
home. There’s so much I’ve missed-
Hanna:
I know, and I want….(music Pg. 40 starts, interrupting
her) Wait! The dancers are starting their number (pointedly)
I’m sure you know some of them.
Musical no. 6: “The Grisettes Song”
All sing, (except dancers) teachers join
Seven Chorus Girls come forward and perform a dance number

Dancers sit, Hanna and Danilo stand for dialogue; after dialogue
they sit their scores down and begin to waltz.

Hanna:
Do I? (she starts to leave, but he pulls her back to him,
embracing her, and they slowly begin to dance.)
