An Alternative Approach to Therapy
A Big Blast Project provides Gymnastics Therapy
for Children with Special Needs. Our therapy
programs are offered in Lake Forest, Mundelein,
Naperville and Downers Grove.
One-on-One Gymnastics Therapy
The primary focus of the Martial Arts program
is to teach a brand of self-defense that
includes respect, self-esteem & compassion
while empowering the whole body and mind.

One-Hour Sessions with a Licensed Therapist.
Includes belt.
Opportunity to gain stripes and advance.
Our licensed pediatric therapists work one-on-one with
your child, using gymnastics as the tool to create
an environment for Therapy to be FUN! Classes are 60
minutes in length with 45 minutes of therapy and 15
minutes of personal consultation with your therapist.

muscle development, social interaction,
