High levels of security
The AVflexTM from Wernick Hire provides a secure
temporary modular building incorporating robust
anti-vandal security features.
The exterior of the AVflexTM unit features high
security doors fitted with insurance approved
deadlocks and windows protected with heavy duty
security shutters. AVflexTM units eliminate the need
for traditional linking corridors between adjoining
units thus creating more internal space and
reducing the overall site footprint.

Totally flexible layout can be open plan or divided

and all lifting operations are safely planned by
Wernick Hire qualified lifting personnel
The internal layout of the AVflexTM can be tailored
to suit individual site needs. The buildings can be
open plan or partitioned to create individual
offices, staff areas or meeting rooms.
The internal fixtures and fittings include double
sockets, IT and telephone points fitted in dado
trunking, convector heaters and category 2
lighting as standard.

The Standard range of AVflexTM buildings
is available in three sizes to suit the
varying site accommodation
requirements of our clients.
Typically with welfare facilities on the
ground floor and office/meeting facilities on
the first floor, the AVflexTM Standard range
is designed to fulfil all the accommodation
requirements of construction companies
working on small to medium sized projects.
The AVflexTM Standard range is available
in three sizes: 7.2m x 6m, 7.2m x 9m and
7.2m x 12m and can be either single or
two storeys high.

AVflex Bespoke
TM
The AVflexTM Bespoke system allows for an
internal room arrangement to suit a client’s
exact requirements.
Welfare space can also be divided up in the same
way giving total flexibility of design. The layout
permutations are endless.
Large ‘open plan’ areas of the accommodation can
be divided up into any configuration required; for
example a reception area, glazed meeting rooms,
toilets and partially or fully enclosed kitchen space.
The AVflexTM Bespoke range is available in
7.2 metres or 9.6 metre wide arrangements.

AVflexTM Compact is a steel anti-vandal modular
system that allows for open plan working and
a reduced footprint on size restricted sites.
The exterior of the AVflexTM Compact unit features
high security doors fitted with insurance approved
deadlocks and windows protected with heavy duty
security shutters. AVflexTM units eliminate the need
for traditional linking corridors between adjoining
units thus creating more internal space and reducing
the overall site footprint. The two storey AVflexTM
Compact unit is 7.2 x 6 metres.
