I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a joyful New Year. It’s great seeing all
the children again and hearing about their wonderful holiday.
Grade 1/2M will be leading our Liturgy in the large gym January 12th at 1:00. We
would like to invite family & friends for a snack with the class after the Liturgy in the
Gathering Room.
Anyone wanting to volunteer for our Aboriginal Day that will be held in March,

for Operation Education! 5% of whatever
you spend at Boston Pizza gets donated back
to our school. Save your receipt and drop it
off in the receipt box. At the end of the
semester, Boston Pizza will issue a cheque to
the school.

Duringthistime,parentscancallFatherTurcotteschoolforupdates.
AMessageFromSchoolCouncil
An initiative that the Father Beauregard School Council would like to start involves
helping those in need within our school community. Each month, for a one week
period, students are encouraged to bring in a non-perishable food item that will
compiled into a food hamper for a Father Beauregard family in need. Included in the
hamper will be a gift card that has been generously provided by an anonymous
donor to help purchase other items that have not been collected by our Father
Beauregard Family (i.e. fruits, vegetables, etc.). Please pay close attention to the
reminders written in your child's agenda and placed in the Week at a Glance, as
School Council will be collecting for a one-week period
each month for the next five months.
For the month of December, we are encouraging
students to send in a non-perishable food item during
the week of December 7-11. Thank you for helping
support our school community! The identity of the
