Carrie
Professional
of the Quarter
Carrie joined the
RMLEFCU team on
February 9, 2009,
as a call center
representative, and has
been a star performer
right from the start!
Members quickly
came to appreciate
Carrie’s knowledge and
efficiency in helping
them with everything
from processing
accurate transactions
to acclimation with
internet banking. She
also pitched in on the
teller line as we
transitioned away from
an internal call center.
Carrie has now
been promoted to loan
specialist and is already
shining in this new
role; she is still quick to
assist her fellow staff
members in every
department.
Carrie’s got a quick
smile and a great sense
of humor, which you’ll
see when she dresses
up her little
Pomeranian pup,
Winnie; they both have
a great sense of
fashion style. We’re
proud to have you here
at RMLEFCU, Carrie!
You’ve probably received notice already,
but be aware that federal benefit checks are switching to
direct deposit on March 1. The time to make the switch is
now, and it is pretty darn easy.
It’s simple to take care of it at www.GoDirect.org.
You will find documents about the program there as well.
Or you can call 800-333-1795 and take care of it on the
phone. Either way, have your most recent federal benefit
check at hand, along with credit union account information.
It’s an easy switch! However, if you need more
information or assistance, our credit union representatives
are at your beck and call.

MEMBERS MATTER
Holiday greetings
from all the
RMLEFCU staff!
Is it really possible that the holiday season has been
here and gone already? If you’ve been by our offices the
past few weeks, you’ve exchanged greetings with many
members of the RMLEFCU team; but in case you haven’t,
please let us take this moment to express our warmest
wishes for a safe and prosperous 2013!
Staff members from all our offices gather to extend their
sincerest holiday wishes: Our main office (top and upper
left), the Aurora branch (upper right), and the Lone Tree
team (at left)
Hooray for
Hannah and
Kenneth!
If you don’t Kasasa, that’s just baaaaaaad news!
Whether you walk on two feet or four hooves, you just can’t beat a Kasasa free
checking account.
Your fellow members
Hannah and Kenneth
were the October/
November winners in
our “Extra Savings”
campaign. For adding a
new account at
RMLEFCU, they each
received $100.
Classic cops!
Nobody was ever inspired to join the police force by
watching this goofy sitcom, but Car 54, Where Are
You? managed to work its way into “classic tv” status
with only a two-year run in 1961-1963. Fred Gwynne
played Officer Muldoon, and a few years later became
better known as Herman Munster. Joe E. Ross was
already wellknown as a film comedian, but the
character he played is even better known, since its
use in the popular restaurant chain, Gunther Toody’s.
There was hardly a kid in the 60’s who
didn’t know the themesong by heart:
There’s a holdup in the Bronx,
Brooklyn’s broken out in fights;
There’s a traffic jam in Harlem
that’s backed up to Jackson
Heights;
There’s a scout troop short a child,
Khrushchev’s due at Idlewild!
