is a shipping agency founded since the year
1996, working several kind of shipments on the East & West Coast
of Mexico with a complete experience for handling all types of
vessels in this business, such as: Tankers, LPG, Chemical carriers, Tug
boat/barge, heavy lift/project cargoes and general cargo.
Also, we are supported by a great
operational staff in order to provide
to our customers the best service.
Main objective
• Keep our customers duly informed/updated of all
operations of vessel at port.
• Provide a quick and efficient response in attention
to our customer, being always available 24hrs/7
days week for any issue that incurred and must be
solved timely.
• Minimize port costs, as much as possible
Our Services
• Twice updated reports before vessel’s arrival to designated port,
keeping our customers informed of vessel’s berthing program & line
up at port.
• Arrival/ Departure reports.
• Cargo/ Discharge reports every 6 hrs once vessel commence her
operations (05:00/11:00/17:00/23:00 Hrs).
• Provide an accurate proforma DA of vessel at designated port to
our customer.
• Issuance of all cargo documentation: Bill of lading, cargo manifest,
SOF.
Our Services
Coordination of owner’s services, such as:
• crew change (Embark/ disembark crew members).
• Slops or garbage service disposal.
• Cash to master.
• Delivery of Provisions.
• Medical attendance for crew and others.
Location
• Our Head office is located at the port of Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz.
Mexico, where shipments of Refined, Residual, Chemical, Crude oil
products, heavy pieces & cargo in bulk are handled.
• We have 3 branches at: Dos Bocas, Cayo Arcas, where mainly
Crude oil shipments are handled and Salina Cruz, where Residual &
Crude Oil product are handled
• We (Agencia Vargas) are able to attend any of your shipment
through the Mexican East or West Coast, working all paperwork
through a local subagent, but all operational matters will be always
handled directly by our operations team in our Headoffice at
Coatzacoalcos.
