Hymns of Praise
11:00 a.m.
GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS
WE ARE CLIMBING
JACOB’S LADDER
Great is Thy faithfulness,
O God my Father;
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy compassions,
They fail not;
As Thou hast been,
Thou forever will be.
We are climbing Jacob’s ladder,
We are climbing Jacob’s ladder,
We are climbing Jacob’s ladder,
Soldiers of the cross.
Chorus
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see.
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided;
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!
Every round goes higher, higher,
Every round goes higher, higher,
Every round goes higher, higher,
Soldiers of the cross.
HYMNS OF PRAISE
7:30 a.m.
Children do You love my Jesus?
Children do You love my Jesus?
Children do You love my Jesus?
Soldiers of the cross.
Summer and winter and
Springtime and harvest,
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love.
Chorus
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see.
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided;
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!

Unison Scriptures
7:30 a.m.
JOHN 9:25 (NIV)
He replied, “Whether he is a sinner or not, I
don’t know. One thing I do know. I was blind
but now I see!”
------------------------------25
came up to him. He lived there among the
tombs and graves. No one could restrain him—
he couldn’t be chained, couldn’t be tied down.
He had been tied up many times with chains
and ropes, but he broke the chains, snapped
the ropes. No one was strong enough to
tame him. Night and day he roamed through
the graves and the hills, screaming out and
slashing himself with sharp stones.
When he saw Jesus a long way off, he ran and
bowed in worship before him—then bellowed
in protest, “What business do you have,
Jesus, Son of the High God, messing with me?
I swear to God, don’t give me a hard time!”
(Jesus had just commanded the tormenting
evil spirit, “Out! Get out of the man!”) 9-10Jesus
asked him, “Tell me your name.” He replied,
“My name is Mob. I’m a rioting mob.” Then he
desperately begged Jesus not to banish them
from the country.
6-8
11:00 a.m.
PSALM 90:1 (NIV)
Lord, you have been our dwelling place
throughout all generations.
1
DEUTERONOMY 6:1-2 (NIV)
These are the commands, decrees and laws
the Lord your God directed me to teach you
to observe in the land that you are crossing
the Jordan to possess, 2so that you, your
children and their children after them may
fear the Lord your God as long as you live by
keeping all his decrees and commands that I
give you, and so that you may enjoy long life.

------------------------------6:00 p.m.
MARK 5:1-15 (The Message)
They arrived on the other side of the sea
in the country of the Gerasenes. As Jesus got
out of the boat, a madman from the cemetery
1-5
4
A large herd of pigs was browsing and
rooting on a nearby hill. The demons begged
him, “Send us to the pigs so we can live in
them.” Jesus gave the order. But it was even
worse for the pigs than for the man. Crazed,
they stampeded over a cliff into the sea and
drowned.
11-13
Those tending the pigs, scared to death,
bolted and told their story in town and
country. Everyone wanted to see what had
happened. They came up to Jesus and saw
the madman sitting there wearing decent
clothes and making sense, no longer a walking
madhouse of a man.

Family,
Thank God for you. You are so close to reaching our goal of $5 million . . . As of June 10th, we are
just short of 95% of our goal, or $4,795,199! 1,267 members/families have made that
possible. God is doing a great work through the members of Trinity United Church of Christ!
