Tasting Notes:
A blend of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 7%
Cabernet Franc, and 6% Petite Sirah. The River Rock
Red exhibits a wide range of aromas from smoky,
cedar oaky notes to more fruity characteristics such as
plum and strawberry jam. The pleasant silky mouth
and approachable tannin comes from a good balance
between oak ageing and the fruit of the grape varieties.

The long summer of Southern
 Titratable Acidity Oregon allow us to grow Bordeaux
5.4 gms/L
and Rhone varietals. River Rock Red
 Alcohol – 13.5%
is a blend of this unique advantage.
After a separate winemaking process
the different wines are blended and aged together for
several months. At tasting a light oak ageing can be
perceived but the wines are mostly aged in stainless
steel tanks before being fined and bottled.
