Global Glasshouse’s mission
Global Glasshouse (GGH) is established to create a company that is capable to implement
professional projects on horticultural market, such as installation and operation of up-to-date
equipments, building greenhouse constructions.
Long-term aim of the owners is to operate a strongly established, reliable company that both
partners and employees can trust. Important goal is that regarding quality and reliability GGH
is a market leader in Hungary, and a company of mark in foreign European market.
To satisfy our clients we do our best to implement precise exact and accurate works, making
the most efficient usage of our resources.
History
First steps we made in 1990 when we started to install modern technologies at smaller and
larger scale growers. We always tried to find tailor-made, optimal technical solutions in order
to fulfil the grower's requests. At the really beginning we acknowledged the high demand for
these technical solutions, we were continuously monitoring the market and harmonizing the
latest available technologies with local requests. We managed to supply and fulfil the grower's
requests with our technical knowledge. Our company started to extend, we were developing
together with the growers, learnt from the mistakes and gained the experience to choose the
suitable, effective solutions that we also widely installed.
1998 was an important year in the life of the company. There was a rapidly increasing
demand from growers for higher quality technical equipments, such as irrigation units,
climate controllers. Also up-to-date greenhouses with a higher gutter height, and its modern
accessories were looked for very much. This resulted in founding Kosdi and Szabó Kft that
started to import all necessary modern products, technology and adapted them to local
Hungarian conditions. We looked for partners among Dutch manufacturers and companies
who supplied these equipments, and created a good and strong partnership during the last
years. In 2007 Kosdi and Szabo Kft. was renamed to Global Glasshouse, indicating more
activities on foreign markets.
Service background has always been one of the most important strength of our company. Our
aim is not only selling the projects but supplying a reliable operation by fixing all occurring
problems in the shortest term. Good service background is one of the most important
conditions for safe production. We created a unique service system, our team is available
anytime, 0-24 h, 7 days a week to fix errors, repair damages, even on weekends and holidays.
It is also possible to make service through remote control. By creating a remote connection
between GGH's and our partner's PC, we can easily give instructions to make changes in the
setting of a climate computer or an irrigation system, without the need and cost of travelling
to the location. In the future we still continue to improve the quality of our service in order to
supply our partners at their best satisfaction.

Activities
Project development
Project development always starts with getting acquainted with exact demands of our clients.
To satisfy our clients’ requests we adopt the highest technology to Hungarian conditions. To
create an optimal solution for our clients we always rely on the best knowledge of our
Holland suppliers and our 15 years experience.
Last 15 years we have gained many experiences on the field of geothermic heating. We
combine our experience with the knowledge of PRIVA BV using Priva Integro climate
controller to achieve an optimal control and operating solution making best and most efficient
usage of geothermic energy.
GGH’s capacity
GGH is capable to implement a turn-key project of 6 ha per year without any problem.
Due to a long-term fruitful partnership with subcontractors we can also build other 3-4 ha.
Service
For our complete investments we provide 24 h Service System to fix the possible breakdowns
in order to ensure our partners the highest safety in operating the greenhouse. We are
available 24 hours a day, all the year.
In case of serious problems such as heating in winter, climate control and irrigation in
summer we are there to fix the problem within the shortest term that is 4 hours in Hungary. In
foreign countries it depends on the distance, we do our best to be on the site within 6-8 hours
when it is necessary.
In case of greenhouses built or renovated by us we provide a special control for those cases
when our clients are on holiday or away for a longer period and they need a watch to control
if there is any problem
Among foreign countries we supply service background for greenhouses in Italy, Slovakia,
Bulgaria, Croatia and Serbia.
In greenhouse that was built by GGH we supply out of turn repairing in case of damages
caused by extreme weather conditions or by any problem.

experience create the possibility to offer the client an optimal solution.
